Ordered a plan chest with this company in August. I have emailed them multiple times and rang the office twice and have been promised a call back on both occasions. Zero communication about it and will now be opening a dispute about the furniture that has not arrived.

Great Service and Product. Good Communication Throughout.

Promised next day delivery. It took a month. And just forget about it if you want an invoice. I've been asking daily and being promised. Still nothing. It's a joke really.

company has gone bankrupt, took £400 from us and promised the order, turns out the company was in liquidation,
even today they are still taking orders and money, stay well clear of this outfit, phone number just rings and rings and dont reply to emails, had confirmation form the liquidators about bankruptcy, company who now has theres stock had the cheek to call us and ask if we wanted to pay twice for the same order, absolutely fuming.

I have been trying to chase an order i made in January and still not received, we've paid for it already but my emails are going unanswered and when i try to call Cupboards Direct on all the numbers advertised I am being told that the numbers cannot accept phone calls. All I want is a delivery date or a refund. I dislike leaving bad reviews but am very disappointed in this service and lack of communication.

Thought the website was very well laid out and easy to use. It offered a good price for a good product.

The reason I'm only giving four stars is because there was no notice given regarding delivery. The building I ordered the cupboard for is not manned 24 x 7. I just happened to be there when the delivery driver phoned. If I hadn't been he would have had a wasted journey.

Good turn around, great product at a fair price. Delivered when stated and well packaged. Finding the keys took a bit of effort but once we found one (taped under the locker), it was easy to use this key to get to the remaining keys (inside one of the lockers!)

A wide choice of equipment in a range of costs to meet most operating budgets. Very simple website, quick and easy to use. Delivery was also fast and effective. I've now used Cupboards Direct twice in a very short space of time, to bring in essential storage items. I'll continue to regard them as my 'go to' supplier

Overall the service was ok. I got what I ordered. The delivery of the item was a shambles. First delivery even though I was told between 10 - 12 was attempted at 7am. To note they were delivering to a church!!!!! (I don't sleep there)
I had to complain to get the second delivery confirmed and then was told if I was not in when delivery was attempted I would have to pay even though I had already waited and wasted a day at the building. Will not go back here which is a shame as I have much more I wanted to order.

Quick and friendly service. Trolley arrived on time and everyone I dealt with was helpful.

This is my 3rd purchase from Cupboards Direct and I find them a very excellent company to use. In all my 3 purchases they delivered on the date and time as agreed on sale.

After adjustments to raise the doors slightly they opened and closed well. They were delivered on time, well packed and have a lovely light grey/off white finish.

The staff were very polite and helpful on the telephone.

Ordered a product which was incorrectly priced and described on the website. This had to go through a long conversation in live chat to get resolved.

It did get resolved but in my opinion could have been handled better.

Would also seem they are resellers putting a mark up on the items. Not sure if this is 100% the case with all their inventory but I would definitely recommend that you shop around to ensure you are getting the best deal and double check anything that looks too good to be true as you will have to fight tooth and nail with threats of legal action to get any results.

Ordered various furniture items from Cupboards Direct. The customer service was 2nd to none, and kept informed of delivery schedule right up to the date of delivery (which was on time). Would definitely use again!
