2nd purchase

2nd time I have bought from them. Good quality, fitted really well, arrived on time, good communication. Couldn't recommend this company enough.

Use discount codes or wait for sale

This company presents as a more expensive version of Shein (including all the garments coming in their own small plastic bags). The quality is a little better than Shein but the material doesn’t justify the price. I was a bit disappointed in how cheap and flimsy some of the clothes were when priced around £30.
But the design, sizing and style are all good, just maybe needs to be priced a bit cheaper.

The customer service however gets the 4-stars as the returns process was incredibly quick and simple.

Quality of items isn't great & you can't get a full refund

Quality of dresses was poor, and swimwear sizes are very small across the bust compared with size chart. Be wary you won't get a full refund if you return. It wont refund the full value of the items I can return, and won't let me return 2 items at all because I bought them in sale. This was not transparent when I purchasing and I'm going to be left out of pocket.
If it wasn't for this I might consider shopping there again and trying other sizes, but it's not worth the loss of money.

The products are great but I did not…

The products are great but I did not need the constant notification to buy more. It just put me off ever using again.

Express shipping disaster

I ordered two bikinis on the 7th of February with express shipping which said that the bikinis would be delivered between 11-13th of February. The website also said I could track my packages. I tried to track the package and it said it had no information but said expected to arrive Feb 12. I emailed and they sent me the same code for tracking as the standard one and of course that didn’t tell me anything. The bikinis didn’t come in the expected time so myself and my daughter were not able to wear them on holiday.

Checked that your parcel was shipped from our overseas warehouse, so the tracking information will not be updated until it arrives at the local transfer point. It might take a longer time than usual for the shipping company to update the shipping information. Therefore, you are unable to track the shipping updates at that time.

Delivery issue

Great products but the delivery was so delayed I couldn’t take them on holiday!
The company were accommodating and offered me an extended return period and a full refund on items that I wished to return
I believe the delivery was not their problem as they dispatched very promptly but the delivery company was the problem
