But I decided to take a chance-after all, what’s the worst that could happen? A few extra bucks for a hat that might not turn out great? Not a big deal. I placed the order, selected my patches, and waited with bated breath. A week later, the package arrived, and I was thrilled to see the hat sitting neatly in its box. The packaging was sleek and professional, which already gave me a good feeling. I opened it up, and the hat was even better than I expected. The fabric was soft and high-quality, and the patches were perfectly placed. The fit was comfortable, and the design looked sharp. I wore it around town, and people kept stopping me to compliment it. It wasn’t just a hat-it was a statement. I was happy with my purchase, and I’ll definitely be back for more customization options.

The product doesn’t match the proof and they will not refund or remake. The stitching is sloppy.

The product is always of excellent quality and has a very high-end look. Communication and shipping were handled smoothly. The only critique I have is that manufacturing took about a week longer than originally anticipated, but given current supply chain challenges and tariffs, I completely understand the delay.

This Richardson 112 hat seems a little different than another one I have from another place, but otherwise it's a nice hat and was shipped very quickly, thanks!
