i ordered a locker type key on 27/8/26. it arrived in 5 days, cut by code / number on original key which was perfectly clear, the key was cut incorrectly so i emailed them and 5 days later i have had no reply despite a 2nd email.
update 10/9.
the company had tried contacting me and their emails bounced although they were not blocked by me or in my junk folder, they contacted me from a different email last night out of hours and explained that the part of keys that are different are not needed and after some oil in the lock they worked. thanks richard for sorting this.

Sadly the key did not arrive till fourteen days after the order was placed.

Fabulous. Even managed to cut a letterbox key from a picture.
