I just recently bought a replacement glass for my teleprompter as i had a shoot coming in three days time - the replacement arrived the next day - amazing delivery speed from UK to Estonia, bravo! Issue resolved by CVP
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience. I ordered this receiver expecting it to work with my setup, but it was not what I needed. The return process has taken much longer than expected, and I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issue. On top of that, I still have to pay for the return shipping, which has made the experience even more frustrating. I hope the return and refund can be completed as soon as possible.
UPDATE – 7 August 2026: CVP contacted me personally today and resolved the issue. They have now processed the credit to my account and informed me that I do not need to return the receiver. I really appreciate the way they handled the situation today and I am pleased that the matter has now been resolved.

I understand that the receiver was not suitable for your setup and that the return process has been frustrating. As advised previously, our returns policy requires customers to cover the cost of returning items that are no longer required, which is why return shipping was not included in this case.
Having reviewed the circumstances with our Returns Team, we have made an exception on this occasion and arranged for a refund to be processed without requiring the item to be returned to us. You do not need to take any further action regarding the return shipment.
The refund will be issued back to your original payment method, and you will receive confirmation once it has been processed. Please note that it can take a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.
