My son ordered some stuff and after waiting ages for delivery the numpties delivered it to the wrong address! I contacted them straight away when I saw in the tracking number to be told to wait 72 hours. Nothing heard after 72 hours so contacted again and told 2 wait another 72 hours. They then send a link asking for credit cards details and if they confirm it was delivered I will be charged £100. Obviously I did not do this. They’re live chat is the worst I have ever used and whatever I said they replied with a standard response of ITS BEEN ESCALTED AND WAIT 72 HOURS.
I never got my money back!!!! Robbing gits!

The shoes that i bought are very comfortable, it came sooner than promised by 11 days, its just a really good app.
HACOO UNBAN ME
I used to love this app. Easy to use, cheap and handy. I have been banned for trying to return a pair of trainers that came damaged.
Now i understand that if you try to return them to get money back and keep the item, however i ordered a pair of hoka trainers and they were damaged.
This problem has been going on since february.
Whenever i press checkout it comes up with ‘sorry, orders are unavailable due to internal testing’.
I’m not happy with hacoo for this as the customer service is awful. I email them and they take the p*ss with getting back to me.

Terrible customer service
I have always had a great service from them. However I received a parcel which was not the items I had ordered, after months of communication and requests to speak with management I am still yet to receive a refund. The WhatsApp service is robots and not humans the customer service has been horrendous and has definitely put me off ordering from them again

I received items all damaged in…
I received items all damaged in transit. All were squished and damaged. Bend and broken. I contacted customer service for exchange - they refused it. I contacted them to return items to them. They said to simply damage items (cut them) and provide pictures. I did that and they keep on refusing to return my money! I have submitted refund request 4 times and provided clear images at different backgrounds and fully shows items with cut in them. I now have cut items and no money back. I’ve been asking to return items to them and still refused it. I have all the proof to show it . Don’t fall for their scam. Rubbish customer service. You won’t get your money back.

So disappointed I ordered a few times and had no problem but with my last order I received two items out of 6 and the two i did received i didn’t even order so i have ended up with nuffing that i have ordered and have sent pictures and all the evidence they asked for yet still not getting anywhere i wolud just be happy if they sent my order dont even care for a refund just want my stuff very much disappointed

Still refusing to refund me for a missing parcel containing two pairs of trainers.
They were delivered 17th Feb and I put a claim in 19th after getting nowhere with Evri and Evri saying it was the retailer responsibility. I have sent multiple screenshots of emails etc to Hacoo I had my refund rejected twice and now they are saying I’m passed the 15 days refund timeline even though I was trying within that timeframe. I am a loyal customer who is out of pocket now. I have no trainers and have not been refunded? How does the make sense.
I again sent you another email Friday 27th and I’m waiting for a decent reply.

Reliable and surprisingly good items
I’ve had such a great experience with Hacoo and genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything has been smooth, reliable, and surprisingly easy to use. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the whole experience user-friendly.

I have been trying to get a refund from…
I have been trying to get a refund from the Hacoo app for a few weeks, I’ve sent in all the emails from Evri I’ve received from them. They are dismissing my case as Evri has marked them as delivered. They were delivered on my door step and then there once I got home.
It’s terrible customer service with slow replies and dismissing what I’m saying or the emails I’m sending them. Very unhappy with the experience!!!

Evri have lost my parcel as per the tracking and Hacoo have said contact them its their problem which is illegal - its their responsibility until I receive it. They have denied me a refund. Fraudulent company do not order from them.

Sharp Practice
Ordered a suit, only the trousers arrived. They said they are sold separately but says 2 peice suit...very sharp practice be aware.

I am very disappointed with Hacco’s customer support and account system. My account was blocked after I requested only two refunds, and both refunds were completely justified. In both cases, I received damaged and torn products, and the refunds were approved by Hacco themselves.
I have been a loyal customer with a good purchase history, but instead of investigating fairly, my account was permanently blocked and now I cannot place any new orders. This feels unfair and automated, as if no real human reviewed my case.
I also tried contacting support, but all replies come from automated bot emails and there is no real human follow-up. I have seen many other customers complaining about the same issue, which shows this is a systemic problem.
Hacco should treat honest customers with respect and review accounts manually instead of punishing people for legitimate refunds. I hope my account can be reviewed and restored.

I am very disappointed with Hacco’s policy and how they treat loyal customers. I spent hundreds of euros on this platform and had a long history of successful purchases.
I requested refunds only for items that were clearly damaged and torn. Both refunds were approved by Hacco, which means my requests were legitimate. However, after that, my account was blocked without any proper explanation.
Even worse, my home address has been restricted, so nobody in my family can create a new account or place orders. This is extremely unfair and feels like an insult to loyal customers who have spent a lot of money on this platform.
It looks like their system automatically blocks customers after refunds, without any real human review. I contacted support, but all responses come from automated bot emails and there is no real human follow-up.
Hacco should respect honest customers and review such cases manually instead of punishing people for receiving defective products. I hope they review my case and restore my account and address access.
