The overall service and product quality are okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. Customer service response time could be faster, and some features need to be more polished. It is an average experience overall.

Excellent variety of products and customer support

Came in to get a cup engraved for a birthday present and the design came out awesome. The quality is great and very detailed i got sunflowers and butterflies and each flower and butterfly looks beautiful.
