Simple, fast, economically good!

The service department took their time to explain how their system works for a first time user, she even took over the control of my computer to make sure it was done correctly.

The situation has changed, but the Danlon employee who wrote to me that I should be angry at the system that made the mistake is far from competent. She needs to understand that the customer is always right, or at least partly right, coldness and accusations will not solve anything, Ms. Kristina needs culture.

Really bad support. I got errors for the reporting to eindkomst. No help from Danløn support as they said i should contact skat. Which i have done. Skat explains that i have to use a speciel country code which is not available in Danløn. I then ask if they can add this code as it is not available. The reply i get is not answering my request and just tell about what you Can enter under the employee. It takes me 3 mails to get the support person understand this simple request. Great i think. Now she understand it. But then she again start writing what i can do in their system. I get this feeling that Im chatting with a robot. Except that all chat robots i tried was smarter.
I give up and ask her to bring it to another person that might now what I'm talking about.but of course I do not receive a reply.
Just contacted salary.dk they immediately understood and told their system can not handle it now but they look into supporting it and will get back asap.
Edit: salary.dk got back after 15 min and told it is very simple so they will add it and get back when it's ready.

They have now added the possibility. But the bad support messages still gives a bad experience. But will give some more stars for fixing it

Gets the job done, and nothing more. The UI-design and UI-flow is not very user friendly.
Worst thing that now makes me leave them (after being a customer for many years) is that they still do not support 2-factor authentication and apparently do not have any plans in doing so. This is in my opinion very problematic and uprofessionel for a service that contains very sensitive and GDPR personal information. Most of their competitors have been supporting 2FA for a long time, which now makes me change to a newer and more professional provider (salary.dk in this case).

UPDATE 10-04-2022:
Had really nice call from the product team shortly after and it seems that, after all, they do have plans for implementing 2FA but there seem to be a communication flaw between the product team and the support team. A couple of other features that you would expect from a cloud service those days should also be in planning state. However, there is no official roadmap or committed dates available for when any of these will go into production.
+1 for following up on customer complains.

When you have to do the usual, it is an okay system. But if you made a mistek, it is hard to correct anything in it. I don't like the fact, that if I would need help, and talk to someone, I should pay extra fee. The system itself is not user friendly.

Phone app no longer works correctly. After registering hours in timesheets, it only lists the hours of the current day as the hours for the month. So if you work this month 8 hours Monday, 5 hours Tuesday and 7 hours Wednesday, Danløn will say 7 hours Wednesday and 7 hours this month. Instead it should say 7 hours today and 20 hours this month.

We need the website in English as well.
It is very difficult to use the website for non-fluent Danish speakers.

Fint system. Okay tid på respons på Chat support. Men mangler en direkte telefonisk support.

Nemt, hurtig support, kan det man har brug for. God pris. What´s not to like....
