Where a device has already been opened or worked on elsewhere, we explain any enhanced assessment cost before that work starts. We serve customers across the UK from our London laboratory at 136 Kingston Road, SW19 1LY, with courier intake for devices that cannot be dropped off in person. Standard turnaround is typically 5–10 working days from arrival; express and 24-hour emergency options are available for suitable cases.
