One star was all I could muster up!

I give a one star as the room was clean. But other than that I was very disappointed, particularly with it being a Wyndham. First when we checked in there were hidden charges. A $2.00 extra per night that we had to pay. (Almost seems like false advertising). They said it was because we booked through a third party even though we booked directly through Wyndham. My daughter works for Wyndham and she booked the room for us. Next we were informed that there was no refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, nor even an ice bucket in the room. When we got to the room the TV didn’t work. We asked for batteries thinking it was just the remote. While extra batteries were given, we were told it was the TV. It hadn’t been working good they had worked on it the day before. Like what? You rented us a room they you KNEW the TV didn’t work? Fear not, there was no compensation given. We finally got it on one channel only by standing directly in front of the sensor and repeatedly tried. When we changed and settled down for the night, we didn’t even have a cup to take our night meds (we are senior citizens and have those awful things). So up I am, having to get dressed again to go to the lobby for even a plastic cup. While there, I went out the back door to the lobby to smoke (yes I have that nasty addiction). The door was labeled “must have a key card for re-entry”. No problem I had a key card. But no sooner than the door shut when I realized that the handle had been removed from the door! I had to walk around the outside of the building, in the dark no less, for re-entry. Once back in the room and resettled in bed, I had to get back up just to turn off the darn TV even though it was only a couple of feet from the bed. 🤦🏼‍♀️. Finally, we had an early flight back home and checked out at 6:00 am. We had counted on some juice before we departing. Even though we were told upon check in that coffee, juice and drinks could be found in the lobby 24 hrs a day, we couldn’t get anything but coffee. The breakfast wasn’t open yet. It was 6:10 in the morning. Most people are up and stirring by 6. Oh well! We live and learn. They did offer us a discount for our next stay, I politely pointed out that we would NOT be coming back for a next stay!!

First class customer service.

First class customer service.
We spent a nightat Days Inn, woodall Services, M1 south, UK.
The reception staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We were greeted by Haley in the evening. The room was spotless and comfortable. In the morning, the friendliness and helpfulness continued. Chris even walked our suitcases to the coach park for us.
We could mot have asked for better service. And all this at a very modest price, too. Thank you.

A better way of handling complaints w/o attack someone

Sept. 5, 2025 - Sept. 6, 2025
CK - Out: Sept. 7, 2025
Location:
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olive Branch
I stayed at the microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham hotel, I had alot of issues that night with some of the West Cancer Center employees and very few patients; because I wrote an article online about them. Some customers were physically contacted by brown cricket and flea's in crack of my hotel door they never had issues like that before. Women or men but mostly women got excited about the device that makes your body feel sensation movement to get arouse (sexual with partner) snakes (can throw and they really stings when bit) (brown grasshopper's hopping around room). These are the only things I've dealt with an that's a nuff, some family members, others and etc. I blame some hotel concierges, but sometimes they already know what's coming through those doors. They know when they see me, some customers come in and say is she there at the hotel, after finding what room I am in. They say Ms Williams we don't like you, among themselves out loud so I can hear them and they seceded. Someone announced on facebook who doesn't like me, she'll be checking in on this date at this particular time to arrive at the hotel; so they can beat me there. This is my last time visit there at hotel it was very over whelming for me, I wish them the best in life to secede in the company. If you don't believe me, investigate since I am sooooo delusional ! My family and others say, they're not going to believe here anyway, because I'm supposed to be mentally ill; I just enjoy writing. If you are a writer or author or reviewer for issues whether it's positive or negative concerning the companies that you have dealt with. Well, stop the brakes! Some companies send people to hurt and arrest me so l won't write about their companies, because they know what has happened on the particular day; they must be new owners because it shows. I guess I am the lucky winner ! A group of young ladies and women some men do this to me everywhere I go and that's not fair!! They always tell others it's joking to hide the main issues at hand. So I have people walking past me saying, there she goes again writing, what's the next plan hal's and gal's. While I am in the Olive Branch Library writing they are watching me now, saying O'lord! We are going to get her out tonight. Mainly the people that own the company's family and friends. So this old girl is tired, but not that tired to stop writing; No! Instead of trying to hurt me,, just say to any customers I will investigate the issues of your complaints and see if it need too improve. Thank you for letting us know, because customers are you and butter! Instead of being immature about the complaints and sending groups of punishers after me to teach them a lesson. Your teaching is negative, a word of mouth goes along way; making people lose respect for you as owners of your company's. Learn from me to keep the doorslocked and running shoes on. I never experienced this here before this is the first time, so that's why I said they must be new!
Shekedia Payne and Sand, (Catch going to Hawaii for there honey moon: Sarah Wright Peraino and Andrew Peraino) daughter Wright, Shemkia Jackson , Shelia Nunnally and daughter, Lennie Sykes, Sabrina, Maehelen, friends etc. I hope they learned their lessons, because they were trying to teach me a lesson about writing. What am telling you is the true about this story, they always say Pascha isn't going to do anything to us; taken advantage of the situation. They're making my life a living hell following me every where, am just trying to survive financially, mentally, Health. I stay to myself and trying to better my life, I don't bother anyone because I don't like pookie starters miscommunication. If I don't know how can I change anything, don't tell anyone else because they can't change it only I can the issues at hand. I don't be in other person's personal business nor conversation's unless they want me too know! That's all folk for now, until they brother me again; but is in another hotel guess which one?; being in other person's personal business nor conversation's unless they want me too know! That's all folk for now, until they bother me again; but is in another hotel guess which one?

Our stay was well below average

Our stay was well below average. Bathroom was disgusting, rust all over the towel rack, filthy door looked like it was never cleaned, killed a roach on the mirror. Breakfast was poor, very few choices with packaged donuts. Dirty all over. Reception desk was manned by a clerk who didn't seem to care about any of our concerns. Will never stay here again.

I don't understand any of the negative…

I don't understand any of the negative reviews that I've seen because I have absolutely nothing bad to say The beds are so comfortable the staff was extremely accommodating and the manager is absolutely awesome I think most of these reviews are from people that wanted something for nothing if you want to know my honest opinion because this is a great place and I've recommended it to many people which I would not do if it was anything that's being said I don't understand that but that's the type of people unfortunately in this world if you don't give them what they want for nothing then they retaliate, The cleaning staff and manager really made my stay unbelievably comforting and I truly don't believe I would have got that anywhere else !

Days Inn in Guelph Ontario

Days Inn in Guelph Ontario. The internet at this hotel is so slow it cuts in and out and takes forever to load. That's when it actually works, for part of our stay we didn't have internet for more than twelve hours. If that wasn't bad enough, try taking a shower, there's little to no not water pressure! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone it was terrible.

Days Inn, Vancouver, WA - STAY AWAY !!!

Hotel hallways - filthy. Room - filthy. Plumbing falling apart. Food smeared all over furniture, walls, fridge, and mirror. Sticky drink marks on tables. Homeless camps just outside my window (multiple). Heater stunk like urine. Morning manager was rude and offered no resolution. Priceline refused to credit me for 1 of the 2 more nights I had booked there. Wyndham (parent company) and the owners of this hotel, refused to answer my request for a refund. Worst hotel stay I have ever had (out of hundreds)! I have photos of to verify all of this.

No real issues just a little warm

Stayed at Leicester forest for a night. Checking in with tariq was plesent unlike the temperature in reception. The check in desk had a aircon unit vented the warm air to the reception area.

That was the only problem with the hotel it was blooming warm. No climate control in rooms so didn't sleep so well coz of temp but nothing wrong with the place at all.

Not a person to give bad review….BUT

I’m really not one to give bad reviews, rather take the attitude “have nothing to nice to say, say nothing”. However feel that Days Inn Taunton could benefit from some feedback. Just as I get on to here, does seem I’m one of many.

Firstly I booked through Booking.com, but that fee was considerably more than there advertised rate (shown on arrival), but hey I needed to ensure of a place to stay.

Secondly, we were travelling for our business and as a family business we had two rooms, plus our children. The rooms, some of parts clean, such as remote control and the TV had plenty of channels (why it has 2 stars), however it is down hill from here.

The rooms, outside the remote control were dirty, with sheets with marks all over. Shelves, covered in dust, real COVID-19 safe!! When I say dust, I’m talking thick finger marking stuff, my colleague putting his shirt on the shelf, when retrieving it was coated in dust.

So I’m going to stop about the quality of the room, it was cheap, so I can take some negative points.

Now the real issue is the staff, when they want to run around the halls at whatever time of night, we are all to tolerate, but a crying baby us apparently a noise complaint and there is a strict “two strike policy” as we were abruptly told by our on site manager. However, unfortunately we were booked for two nights and this occurred on the second night. The first night, we were welcomed by a small film crew filming an adult movie in one of the rooms, which went on to the early hours. Seems that the sound of a crying baby, is more off putting than a group of adults laughing and discussing “who’s next on that filthy bi**h”.

When I explained the situation to the on-site manager, he explanation was simply “I don’t control what other people do”.

We weren’t going to return for the second night but we were assured that this would not be repeated. Which I’m really pleased to say, is absolutely true, but my crying child is a problem!!!

Look, we have all travelled and a crying baby really isn’t very nice, but since our daughter had been crying for less then 3 minutes before we were told of the strict two strike rule feel rightly upset that a “P**n Shoot” can go on for hours, but a baby crying is to be stamped out with haste, maybe my little one was putting of tonight’s performers.

Safe to say, when we see Days Inn again, will quickly shuffled past. The state of these reviews, it will not be long before the company is finished off and the space will be taken by someone whom has the ability to run a business such as this. I quickly glanced through, the owning company isn’t doing well and is being left behind by its competitors, not really a big surprise.

I will answer some questions, no I only see the three male performers, seems the lady involved was a little more bashful than the chaps standing “tackle out” in the corridor while wearing a face mask!!!!

Yes, tried to go somewhere else, but nothing within a reasonable distance was available at such short notice.

No, we couldn’t head home (though tempted) but we were committed to staying in the area.

Days Inn in Rome Georgia....

Days Inn in Rome Georgia..... Internet..you will have to wait for 2 days to load..and no professionalisms with the Indian managers.. I’m not being racist, but this one is rude, constantly talking on his phone, and will not accommodate their guest what-so-ever.....even if you have a reservation but they are to incompetent to find it on their computer/system? Because they have the cheapest internet package a business can find. Their computer system loads extremely slow. They will lose your reservations, have young family members working the front desk that has no experience. But you really can’t blame them, they are working on a low budget system. Forget about the TV. NO SPECIAL CHANNELS..IT IS AS BASIC AS YOU CAN GET. they still act like it’s your fault. The carpet is filthy and the seats in the lobby are stained. The only courtesy and accompanying behavior was from the female workers there. DAYS INN COULD .NOT EVEN GET OUR RESERVATION CORRECT. No people skills at all. ITS NOT WORTH THE PRICE YOU HAVE TO PAY. DO I RECOMMEND DAYS INN? A BIG .....NO! Not IN ROME GA. STAY AWAY.

During a rescue by the AA

During a rescue by the AA, they booked us into the Days Inn Hotel at Leicester Forest East Services. The Hotel was pet friendly, which, since we had our dog with us was fairly important.
The Hotel reception was clean, the chap behind the counter friendly and attentive, he was expecting us and had our key card ready.
The room was clean, comfy bed, good bathroom even if the bath was too high for my wife who is disabled. My only comment would be the necessity of a second chair in the room!
For an overnight stay the hotel was more than adequate, we were treated as valued customers. Even the cleaners seemed happy to see us, making a fuss of our dog and smiling.
All in all I would be more than happy to use the hotel again.

To begin...1 star is far too high for…

To begin...1 star is far too high for this establishment. My husband and I was on a weekend road trip and decided to book a last minute room from Priceline.com for the nearest hotel from our location point. The Days Inn located in Lebanon,Mo was the choice.
We booked 2 dbl beds Pet friendly and it stated is was NONREFUNDABLE.
After checking in and directed to our room we noticed trash in the walkway, very distressed and dirty windows, doors, every area we looked at.
Upon entering the room, it was one bed (not 2 doubles as reserved) paper scraps throughout the room on the floor, the fitted sheet was off on one corner and dirty pillowcases on each of the 3 pillows on the bed and a fourth pillow without a pillow case layed in a chair as if it was sat on and dirty.
The mirror was missing or broken and removed, the shower ceiling was falling in with a hole that was patched somewhat but did not hold! A dirty washcloth was hanging over the shower rod and a single hand towel was available to us on a rack. There are so many more things to say about the condition of the entire hotel, but the topper of the adventure was the middle of the night screaming and banging on doors and windows and the kicking of whatever objects were in his way, overly intoxicated from the Pub that is within this establishment and it was treated without care or concern from the ONE staff member that was on site.
Much longer story but with sum it up to DO NOT EVER go to this hotel if you want to be clean and rest because you wont get it there!

Terrible Policy Left Family of Five Without a Place to Stay

Unbelievably unhappy with this establishment. I made reservations more than two weeks in advance. The website said that the card I used to hold the rooms (2) did not have to be the one I used to pay for the rooms, so I used a credit card instead of my debit card. I got a call TWO HOURS before we got there, letting me know that they had run my credit card for the full amount to hold the rooms, and since it was declined, they cancelled my reservations, giving our rooms to someone else. My husband and I were ON THE ROAD with our three kids, and had no place to stay once we got there, even though I had plenty of room on my debit card to pay for them. Either run my card a couple of days in advance, and call me if there's a problem, or change your policy through Hotels.com to state that you have to use the same card you reserve the room(s) with. Never, ever again, will I stay at this establishment, or any other Days Inn. Ever.
