The redesign of the 8 1/2x11 version is…

The redesign of the 8 1/2x11 version is terrible.... The two days per week used to be so well designed and useful... Now the appointment times end at 5 on weekdays and noon on weekends, and there is no three month calendar in the bottom right hand of the page.... I have used this product for over 25 years. But the new version (and almost the only one in this size) is not in the lease bit user friendly. Please go back to the prior layout.

Bumpy start but okay in the end

The online ordering was a little tricky so I used the online chat. They were rude and unhelpful but I got through the order on my own. I double checked the cart and it was correct, but when I added my credit card, 12 additional items I did not order showed up and got immediately charged to my credit card.

Long story short, it took two chats and a phone call, where I had to leave my number for a callback. However, when I did speak to a person there, they were great and solved my problem.

Daytimer is a good product and we support its use as an organization. Wish the customer service chat was as good as their live customer service.

Poor fit

I've been purchasing a planner refill from Day TImer for 30 years now, and in the last several years it seems that the spiral ring binder has gotten smaller. This makes it much harder to turn pages at times, as the paper gets stuck in the spiral. For the very high price of this product I expect better... a lot better. Please fix this defect.

Lying about product availability. Sent same wrong produce twice Caught them by recording .
conversation. Lying about new product will be available Supervisor confirmed it will never be availble,
Two Days on the phone for a refund, They refuse to refund last years lie.

I ordered refills for my planner. I was sent the wrong product The representative said she would send the refill promptly. And she said she would send a mailing label to be used to return the incorrect product,

Day Timer lost a customer

This company is the only place I can find the product I want. However, shipping prices are outrageous for two pads of loose leaf paper. Especially when the delivery time is almost two weeks long.
I reached out to Day Timer, but never got a response.
They lost a customer in me because I will not pay more for shipping than I would be paying for a product.

Poor manufacturing

The first refill was cut wrong, and pages would not open individually. They replaced it. A little better, but pages still have to be individually pulled apart every time you go to a new week. I won't buy this again.

Dreadful once a sale is made and its impossible to return goods that were not fit for purpose. Before purchasing a very expensive adjustable hole punch, I emailed the company to check the hole punch would work with both a Collins Desk Organiser and a Filofax organiser (the binders have differently distanced rings) and was assured yes, you just moved the individual hole punches. On receipt it did not work for either organiser (also it would not have even worked for a Ryman A4 4 ring binder!).On notifying by email with pictures, the company said a refund was only available once returned and I would have to pay to return it and would need to be with them within 14 days of receipt. I was disappointed but asked them to confirm the address to return the product (there were Torquay and Oxford addresses on their receipt) They did not reply to email and left on hold with their premium telephone number! As we were in the Torquay area went to return it the the industrial site. The road on the receipt had no number which was odd however became concerning when three businesses on that road had never heard of them or a stationary company in the area!
