In this instance, the bet in question was unfortunately not successfully accepted and was subsequently rejected. As a result, the wager was voided and the original stake was refunded accordingly.

While we understand this may be frustrating, only successfully accepted bets are eligible for settlement. Where a bet is rejected, the stake is returned to the customer in line with the outcome of the investigation.

We would also like to address your comment regarding reviews. We take customer feedback seriously and do not publish or control independent customer reviews left on third-party platforms. Reviews reflect the experiences of individual customers and may naturally vary.
