Shawna was the best. She went above and beyond for me and answer questions where I understand the process I needed to do to the T. Even gave me information I didn’t know about branches around me that could help me out. Can’t thank her enough

DCU has always provided excellent…

DCU has always provided excellent customer service and helped me attain my financial goals. Pleasant, helpful and quick turnaround on loan applications. Today I spoke with Steven and he was attentive, thorough and very helpful explaining the next steps in my loan application process. Always a positive experience with DCU!

I had a great experience with DCU’s customer service. The representative was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. Andrea and team super helpful and professional

Andrea was incredibly helpful submitting and processing our auto loan over the phone while driving home from the dealership. I had everything approved, signed and uploaded within 30 minutes for the loan team to finalize my financing within an hour.
