Tha is the type of employee that you rarely encounter and makes you harken back to the days when customer service truly stood for service. He helped me with a confusing third-party loan payment app that needed intervention. Although his first and second attempts initially resigned me to having to call the third-party servicer and wait in their interminable queue—as I had unsuccessfully done before—he very politely urged me to give him time to fix the problem. He put me on hold a few times, but to his credit, he helped me fix the login issue and correct the improper autopay features. If not for his courteous and friendly demeanor, I would have rung off a couple of times earlier and spent much more frustrating time with the third-party vendor who had already failed on the previous attempt. Just an overall positive experience with a skilled and motivated employee - well done!
