All the customer support…

All the customer support agents/representatives were very helpful and patient with taking the time to figure out any problems that may have occurred with any loans.

Excellent experience so Far!

Excellent experience so Far!
I've had two phone calls with representatives from DCU/1st Technology Credit Union over the past 2 business days.

They were both personable, patient, knowledgeable, courteous and were able to guide me through the process of both becoming a member and complete EXPERTS at the various options that the membership includes. Their online system worked perfectly, there were no issues whatsoever. I'm excited to see where this leads!
