I had the pleasure of speaking with Steven recently when I called to inquire about refinancing a loan I have currently. Steven was so patient with me. He explained each option that I had and how he arrived at those numbers. Very personable. Best customer service experience I've had in a while!

Stephanie H was just the "most superest" aide to my specific requests and understanding today (8/3/26)...from her seat. Imagine helping a real knucklehead with obviously little computer skills to transfer some low-paying savings fruit at DCU to "higher paying fruit" at DCU. Patient is hardly descriptive. At her fingertips was info, process, patience and blessedness. My lucky day!
