I have never had to deal with someone using my card or any unauthorized transactions in the past, so when I called I was very nervous. I had the loveliest person helping me, Nyasia, and I cannot begin to explain how helpful, reassuring and patient she was with me. Not only did she help me, but she made sure I could prevent it in the future. I truly hope she is recognized and appreciated the way she deserves, because she is an absolute rockstar. We recently had our DCU credit card compromised (again) and called customer service to have new cards issued. Our call was handled by Maryame who was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she get new cards issued but also helped clean up some old accounts we've had hanging around for years. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

David took the time to help me with a credit card dispute. He was polite, compassionate and encouraged me to take my time and explain the situation. In addition, because I had a bad experience with a less than reliable internet vendor, he took extra time in detailing phishing exercises so that I can keep my banking information safe from predators. His problem solving skills made me feel like DCU (aka:David) was in my discrepancy with me. Thank you for having such a sterling example of what customer satisfaction is all about. DCU still holds true to that quality and loyalty. I have been a member since I walked in the door in 1979 and will stay with them as long as I am here.

Some things are no worth changing and DCU is one of them. Why change when you have the best.
