I was helped by TWO very very competent reps on this day (8/4/2026) The subject (generally fraud) was difficult and a bit convoluted for me especially when dealing with such things only when necessary.

They were very patient and lead me through all the twists and turns.

I’m very happy with DCU. Having stress from a fraud scare. Was thrilled to be able to speak with a live person at 9 pm. She was great and aside from answering my questions regarding my issue, she gave me insight into my account that will help me earn more interest. So happy with my bank.

Solved the refinancing form concer that I had and also provided the option about advance savings access option and explained the advatanges

After dealing with fraudulent charges and trying to determine whether they had been reversed, Joe took the time to listen carefully and understand my concerns. He helped me verify that my account was secure and enabled me to recover $179 from a merchant. Rather than transferring me to another department, he also confirmed that the temporary hold on my account had been removed, saving me additional time and frustration.

Joe was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire interaction. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I truly appreciated his help and outstanding customer service.
