I have switched to Vodafone for my broadband, because I own a large older bungalow the supplied router wifi only covers 20%, a while ago I had installed a unifi repeater mesh system to cover the rest of the house. I could not connect the unifi system to the Vodafone router, I had local "expert" try and sort out. After 2 hours he gave up. I called Digital Direct, when the engineer arrived, he configured the Unifi system and now all is working. The engineer was really helpful and very knowledgeable.

Brilliant company, Richard came in diagnosed and confirmed the problem, said the best way to do it and left us with fully restored tv and internet. Checked he was happy with his speeds etc. Punctual, neat and tidy job all for a very reasonable price. Would highley recommend

Very pleasant family run company. I needed an external aerial removing as it’s not working. Digital Direct contacted me and managed to get someone out the same day to quote and then they managed to get the job done there and then. Job done efficiently and left clean.
