I ordered an iPad almost a month ago!! Not received as of yet and not one response to any of the 8 emails I have sent!! Number on every site I can find isn't recognised either, I'm wondering if anyone can let me know where I go next to make a complaint and try and get the money they quite quickly were able to take from me for no item arriving!! It's fraudulent if this item isn't go to turn up and I can't afford to lose money

Bought an iPhone from these guys two weeks ago, their policy says expedite in forty eight hours, to date nothing. Have tried to contact the company and have sent nine emails so far and spoken go someone on a chat app. Promises promises with no action. I suspect this is a fobbing off technique and that the longer this goes on the less likely I am to get my phone or my money back. Im sure that there will be some false promises on this site in reply to this post. Have scoured the net for feedback on their site, the only one I could find was from one other customer with the same experience as me. I am seveerely disabled and really don't need this hassle.if you contact their sales team the emails just get bounced. Support email can get a reply now and again but then they disappear. Oh and get this they don't work weekends!
