Brother Mursalin has helped me once again by helping source a beautiful diamond necklace as a graduation gift for my daughter, This was literally within 24 hours of our conversation, he had a selection of pieces to choose from and I was able to go and view them in person. He was able to find me something within my budget and design. Impeccable customer service as always.

My experience from start to finish was amazing. This is a family run business, and they were very welcoming and helpful throughout. They were transparent and very informative with helping me pick my rings. They even went the extra mile by making sure the rings were ready even though I had given them a tight deadline. Best part is the location. So convenient and safe. A lot easier to access than Hatton Garden.

We genuinely had an excellent experience with Decoris Diamonds. The customer service was outstanding - Albab took the time to explain everything in detail, from different ring styles to how diamond depth affects appearance and durability. He ensured the depth was consistent all around and clearly explained why certain settings are better for protecting the diamond, which gave us a lot of confidence in the purchase.

As someone with very little prior knowledge about rings, I really appreciated how patient and reassuring he was throughout the process - I left feeling much more informed and confident. The rest of the team, especially Khadija, were extremely welcoming and hospitable, always offering refreshments and ensuring the entire experience felt comfortable and relaxed. It was also nice to see that a prayer space was available. They offer lifetime polishing and resizing which is a great touch. Overall, a highly professional and pleasant experience that I would definitely recommend.
