Prices were competitive. Their deliveries were on schedule and the items were well packaged. If an item was not in stock, they also were prompt to give suggestions or accommodate.

Excellent service. Asked a question & got a call back quickly.

Called many places to get quotes, found lower prices on line, however they didn't have stock and could not quote a delivery date. Easy to have a lower price when you don't have inventory.
DercoIsland staff was knowledgeable and pricing was competitive, plus they had inventory and could meet my delivery schedule. Asked for follow-up on delivery date with pro number and they came thru on both accounts.

we waited several months for our product and each week I called and got a different answer, I finally did receive my toilet after 2 months and was told I would receive a refund of 50 dollars put back on my pay pal account I have yet to see the money returned to my account , when I called for the third time last month about the refund I was told I was told it would refunded in 7 days it has still not arrived

I ordered a toilet right after Thanksgiving. The toilet arrived & was installed when it was discovered the seat was missing. I immediately called on Dec. 18 & was told somebody would investigate & call me back. That didn't happen. After numerous calls, I was told it was being shipped on Dec. 23. Still no seat. I called again on Jan. 6 & it was finally delivered on Jan. 7! I hope I never have the occasion to deal with this company again!

I ordered a cartridge for my faucet and ended up not needing the part.
Bad return policy and customer service post sale

Terrible services.

We were promised our order by a certain date and we paid for express shipping. Item didn't arrive and we we called customer service. we were put on hold for an hour and no one ever picked up after that and no one ever called us back, even though they got our number when they answered. The item was for a job (we are remodelers) that was four hours from our shop and it was to be our last trip. We were able to reach customer service the next day. We were told it would be shipped the next day (apparently it had never shipped when it was supposed to, even though they accepted our payment for upgraded shipping). We were also told that we would have the shipping charges refunded, but that never happened either. I am underwhelmed by their interest in performing professionally. We will never, NEVER shop there again.

I ordered tub fauset on ther website , and two days later they called me and told me that fauset is discontinued , and tried to sell me something else, I found the same fauset on Allmodern .com

I appreciate DecorIsland having available a replacement part that was
as good as the original.

Ordered wrong item and they corrected it promptly.

Ordered an item for next day delivery. A week later, it was still "processing", even though it was in stock. After getting tired of waiting, I called to cancel, and it took 3 hours to cancel my order. Never will I shop here again.

everything was great sales rep was informative and easy to talk with. I'm giving 4 stars just because the sales rep said the pan didn't need a bed of mud under it but when it arrived it had a sticker on it that said it did, not a big deal to me but another customer might think otherwise

Was allowed to order fixtures that were not in stock. Not notified about this until several days later by someone named Marcoe. I think I cancelled the order but am not really sure since I did not get any follow up.
