DeepCharts itself gets better with every update. The interface is clean and the features work well. That said, since it's built on Volumetrica, you get very similar functionality with ATAS and other platforms.

My main problem: the connection lags more often than it should. When I contacted support, they told me to use Rithmic RAPI, which I was already using. At first they said this wasn't a common issue. Three emails later, they admitted that other users have the same problem. That inconsistency cost them some of my trust. I believe the team is trying, but I want to share my honest experience.

What also concerns me is that new products keep getting launched while core issues like connection stability remain unresolved. From my perspective, the focus should be on making the main platform reliable first. Personally, this makes me a bit sceptical about the direction the company is heading.

I'll keep using it for backtesting, but in my opinion it's not suitable for live trading at the moment. If the stability issues get fixed, I'd be happy to update my review.

Three stars for now.

For me, DeepCharts is one of those essential tools that every serious trader should have in their setup. It has become a must-have for my trading and gives me a much deeper understanding of what is actually happening in the market.

DeepChart is, at its core, an excellent concept. The platform is innovative and, in many ways, technologically pioneering within its field. The idea behind it is genuinely strong, and in my opinion, the pricing can be fully justified by the potential value of the tools provided.

However, I would strongly caution professional traders who are considering relying on DeepChart as part of their daily workflow.

My main concern is that the company appears far more focused on acquiring new customers than on ensuring that the existing technological infrastructure is reliable enough to support them. There are constant promotions, discounts, marketing campaigns, and educational videos explaining why traders supposedly “need” one indicator or another. Many of these videos are extremely simplistic and, in my opinion, present trading in a way that can make it look far easier and more accessible than it actually is.

For beginners, this may be attractive marketing. For professional traders, however, the real issue lies elsewhere: reliability.

The IT infrastructure and servers simply do not seem stable enough for a platform that is supposed to be used by serious traders. Once again, the options feeds are unavailable or cannot be displayed properly. The application crashes far too frequently, and these problems are not isolated incidents. They have happened repeatedly.

Support is another major frustration. When you are paying for a professional trading platform, you expect fast, precise, technically useful answers. Instead, it can take around 15 minutes to receive a three-word response that does not actually solve the problem or provide any meaningful explanation.

The consequence is simple: if trading is your profession and DeepChart is an important part of your decision-making process, you should expect to regularly encounter periods where the platform is partially or completely unusable. In practice, that can mean losing several trading sessions simply because the tools you depend on are not functioning correctly.

For a professional trader, this is unacceptable.

DeepChart has enormous potential, and the underlying product idea is genuinely impressive. But before aggressively trying to sell the platform to more and more users, the priority should be ensuring that the servers, data feeds, application stability, and technical support can reliably handle the existing user base.

A trading platform can have the best indicators and the most innovative technology in the world, but if traders cannot rely on it when the market is open, none of that matters.

At this stage, the biggest problem with DeepChart is not the product itself. It is the lack of reliability surrounding it.

Had an issue. Got quick and effective help. No complaints.

I've tried several top platforms for futures trading, after using for couple of month it becomes my favorite option.

The only thing is that it would be great to have monthly subscription or life time license purchase option like other competitors are offering.

I switched to deepcharts because i thought reallly they will be better and decided to pay premium so that i won't have to deal with so much crap... Its just the worst experience ever!!!! connection problems, datafeed problems, platforms keeps on lagging!! options data getting corrupted!! you just can't trade without having to exit and restart the platform 5 times every session and sometimes in the middle of a position. and to top it all of customer service takes ages to fix the issue. in less than 2 weeks I had to report problems to their customer service 4 times.. and costing me 4 sessions.. unbelievable!! don't fall for the marketing stunts, there are better platform, old and established where this kinda crap doesn't happen, and costs less than half of deepcharts charges.

Really good trading terminal with a lot of setups options.

One thing I experienced is the difficulties of connection with broker and connections drop off sometimes

Used CFD propfirm exchange and my account is in future,so i duplicated databasefolder for the asset i trade wich was causing bug because i deleted all the corrupted exchange but didn't know about appdata folder with the database, The wonderful service support found the problem and fix it under 5 minutes, even the trade he took to test the system was successful, the problem was on the sim account so i cannot share profit with him they are not showing in my real bank account maybe next time lol ( no joke it was 500$ trade haha)

Had a much deeper technical issue this time and I spoke with two other agents first (they couldnt solve it) but Siavash found the issue in minutes did some technical stuff and solved it for me!

I am a new trader,I bought deep charts in August of 2026. I was watching the videos trying to learn and set things up, but I still felt like I needed a little more help so I started a help chat session.while in the chat I was being helped but I did fell I just wanted to talk to someone, and I saw they had a call button on top,I will be honest I did not expect anyone to answer.And the first call I initiated they did not, but I called right back immediately and I was shocked someone was on the line with me. A guy named BASNAHIRA initiated a screen takeover thing and started showing me everything I was asking about. But the biggest shocker was he noticed I was paying for a data bundle which gave me access to things I don't even trade, he realized that because I kept telling him I mainly only trade MNQ and I am new. He picked on that helped me cancel the scucription and said in the next few days when you need to renew just use the CME market depth,,I couldn't believe he helped me see I was spending money on something I didn't need..The other mind blower, I was using the 15min delayed data while I was paying for the live data...I wanted to come on here and be long and detailed because I believe in the law or reciprocity and If this review somehow helps him he deserves it times ten..And if somehow this makes it to his superiors and he gets recognized for making a customer feel so helped and that much more confident that your platform is even greator by having customer service that exceeds expectations,I pray that happens.
