Worst services- TOTAL SCAM
Worst services we ever received. It’s a group of frauds.
They were well informed about the services we need, and the number of appliances we have in the house. We asked them for wall cleaning and they said yes and charged us extra for that. But when the cleaners arrived and the payment was made, we were charged extra they said that we have extra appliances and we should pay them. We had already moved out and were desperate to get the house cleaned hence extra payment was made, and later on the cleaner, said that they don’t to wall cleaning I asked for the refund, then and there, they said that they will try to clean the walls. I asked them that you can use a wet cloth to clean the major spots.
They didn’t clean the house well.
The carpets were wet for more than 7hrs and they still had dirt on them.
They do not have proper set of equipments and chemicals which is required for the professional cleaning.
The washroom floor with something which left it sticky and smelly in the end.
We tried calling them to complain about all these things but they were really rude and totally unprofessional they said we have made the house dirty and we’re putting false accusations on them.
NEVER EVER BOOK THEM.
