Delta Exchange IS A SCAM!! Why does anyone trust these people? They took my $29K and now my account is locked. How can they just sleep at night? I tried to withdraw for my home but they keep saying pending pending pending. Its all a lie. Who even runs this site? Monsters. I was crying for three days straight because the support chat just ignores me or gives me bot answers. Why is the internet like this? ! thought I lost everything. I had no choice but to use TawnyS wift Trust and actually got my crypto back into my wallet. It worked but the Delta Exchange wait was pure torture. Don’t go to Delta Exchange they are frauds and will ruin your life. Absolute trash site.

During the trade, I set my trigger price at 0.47, (BANKUSD) at which point my position was in a profit of over 24 USD. However, after the price was triggered, the system executed the order at 0.41. This massive gap caused me a loss of over 80 USD instead of booking my profit.I have thoroughly checked the market charts for that specific timeframe, and the chart behavior was completely normal. There was no extreme market volatility or sudden flash crash that could justify such a massive execution gap (slippage).It appears to be a technical glitch or an issue with your order matching engine, which failed to execute the trade near the trigger price.My Request:Since this loss occurred due to a system execution error during a stable market, I request you to investigate this logs at your end and reverse/compensate the unfair loss of 80+ USD. When trying to enter a position at a specific level or—worse—trying to exit a trade to cut losses, the system frequently lags, buffers, or freezes. A 3-to-5 minute delay during a sharp market move completely destroys your risk-to-reward ratio.
Slippage and Broken Stop-Losses: Because of the sluggish execution, stop-losses don't hit where they are supposed to. I have watched the market skip right past my stops, resulting in massive, unexpected slippage. Your skill and technical analysis mean absolutely nothing if the platform cannot execute your exit order when a trade goes against you.
App Performance Under Pressure: The mobile app functions decently during low-volume periods, but the moment a high-volatility event occurs (which is exactly when option traders need to react), the platform completely struggles. Users frequently report loading screens, freezing charts, and temporary crashes.
The Marketing vs. Reality Gap: They do a fantastic job onboarding users through YouTube influencers and promoting complex strategies like option straddles. But what these influencers don't tell you is that the liquidity and execution speeds on the retail end cannot support fast-paced, high-stakes trading during volatile spikes.

Very disappointed with Delta Exchange support and maintenance handling. My account had sufficient margin before maintenance started, but during the maintenance period users were unable to manage positions or add funds. By the time the platform became accessible again, my account was already liquidated due to market movement during downtime.

Instead of properly addressing the issue, I am only receiving repeated template replies. Users should get a fair chance to manage their positions during volatile market conditions.

Delta Exchange is overall a good trading platform with a smooth interface and good execution. However, the trading fees are quite high, which is disappointing. In the last 30 days, I made a profit of ₹2,680, but I paid ₹843.60 in fees, which feels too much compared to my earnings. If Delta Exchange reduces its fees, it would be much better for traders. Overall, good exchange, but high fees need improvement
