I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice and would not recommend it.

First, reliability was a consistent issue. On multiple occasions, I had to wait well past my scheduled appointment time, or I was contacted last minute to reschedule because the dentist was unavailable. However, when I was running slightly late (while traveling from another city), I was treated rudely and warned about future penalties. This felt like a double standard with no customer service approach.

Second, the treatment process itself was frustrating. I had to make several trips for crown fittings because they were repeatedly the wrong size. Traveling back and forth from another city made this especially inconvenient and time-consuming. The whole treatment with all the rescheduling, etc took several weeks.

Finally, and most concerning, after paying a significant amount for two crowns, I later visited another dentist practice closer to me where i was informed that I only had one partial "crown" (support with fillings) and no second crown in place (more fillings). This raises serious questions about the treatment I received and what I was charged for.

Overall, the combination of poor scheduling, lack of flexibility, repeated fitting issues, and concerns about the actual dental work made this a stressful and disappointing experience.

I had an appointment last Monday to clean my teeth, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. My visit started at 6:25 PM (while it was supposed to start at 6), and by 7:00 PM I was told that the cleaning couldn’t be completed and that I would need to come back for another session (for which I will be recharged). The clinic is definitely not customer oriented as after sharing my experience, they didn't try to propose a suitable solution.

Bad planning. Our appointments are always rescheduled and the waiting time is not short, so need to wait for a new appointment. The receptionist also not that nice :-(

Very disappointing and misleading experience.

I originally visited Dental Clinics Diemen for a routine dental consultation with Dentist. Khadija Albogatjiev, who recommended that I see an orthodontist to consult about my overbite. I accepted, under the clear understanding that this would be a general orthodontic consultation, not a treatment session or anything specific to Invisalign.

However, when I arrived on April 4th, I was taken directly for a scan without meeting the orthodontist or receiving any clear explanation. I was told at the reception(Nina van Welie) that this was part of the consultation. I only met Dentist Ismael for the first time on April 29th — yet the clinic falsely claimed in their response email that I had already met him on April 4th. This is completely untrue and deeply concerning.

Despite the unclear process, I was later sent two separate invoices (€50.21 and €77.17). When I asked for clarification, the clinic’s reply was not only biased but contained false statements to justify the charges. Their refusal to acknowledge these facts or take accountability raises serious questions about how they handle patient consent and billing.

If a clinic performs procedures without proper explanation or consent, and then tries to cover it up with false claims, that is simply unacceptable. This has severely damaged my trust, and I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects transparency and professionalism in healthcare.

Avoid Diemen Dental Clinics at all costs.

I came in with tooth pain and left with even more pain, no resolution, and a wallet hundreds of euros lighter. Over the course of more than four useless appointments, all they did was push treatment after treatment without actually diagnosing the real problem. It felt like their only goal was to squeeze as much money out of me as possible, not to actually help.

On April 23rd, I had an appointment with Dentist—and it was the final insult. I was left waiting for over 25 minutes without explanation. When I asked why, I was told this is “common practice” at the clinic. Excuse me? That’s not common, it’s unprofessional and disrespectful. And just like the others, he had no clue what was going on. His solution? More x-rays. No treatment, no plan, no help. Just another bill.

This place is a joke. Unethical, money-hungry, and completely careless about patient well-being. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

Do yourself a favor—go somewhere else.

Super nice people, work professional, they take all the time to e plein everything. Very nice team. I'm not afraid to go to the dentist.

Flora always takes good care of my teeth and gums. Every time I come to her, we always talk about what is going on in our lives, and it makes me feel fine because she is caring and friendly. Also she is very good at her job.

Dr Lars has been really patient and kind with me. He was very generous and quick to understand my issues and also my fear, and since then, has made sure on all my visits to make me as comfortable as possible, while helping with my issues efficiently.

Professional and efficient service from both the dentist and hygienist. Helpful and friendly receptionists.

Personeel there is amazing. I like attitude and service. Thanks to all dentists and assistants for great work!

Poor communication,unprofessional staff at dental krommenie.I had 2 appointment and all of them had a bad experience first one cancel 20mins before my appointment and second one already in the clinic and said it was a mistake that there colleague did,wow what a communication they have that they need to work on and was unprofessional staff not friendly at all..And the Dentist is like choosing what patient they want what the ffff…

Clear information, friendly staff, nice and clean facilities.

My dentist is considerable and kind for both my teeth and may pocket.

I would highly recommend The Dental Clinic. They offer great customer service; the staff are very friendly and I was really happy with the dental results!
