Pillows are hard and the shape is not comfortable. Real problem is when you try to return it and they should be in their original bag unopened. It is insane since the pillow come compressed and even to see the real size, you need to open the bag.
Also you need to pay the shipping back to them and IT IS EXPENSIVE!
