Not happy with company marketing tactics
I can't yet speak to the experience of using the pillow because it is supposed to arrive in 3-9 days and today is Day 6. However, I am very frustrated with the number of emails I have received since ordering saying the company hopes I'm enjoying the pillow and trying to upsell other products, particularly pillow cases. The last email even said they'd been trying to call me (didn't see any record of that) to let me know there won't be any standard pillowcase that will fit and I need to buy theirs. I don't appreciate these marketing tactics; they decrease my positive impression of this company and they also feel dishonest. In addition, I tired to email back about the order and my email came back undeliverable. I did not see a no reply advisement in the email, so this furthered my impression of there being something less than honest with the company. Will post again if and when I receive the product and after trying it out.

No such thing as a 60 day trial!
Awful pillow and worse service.
I bought the pillow with the 60 day return policy ( it’s a scam).
In order to claim the refund you must return the pillow unopened and unused!!!
How can you test and use it and keep it unopened an unused???

This pillow is ridiculous. Super uncomfortable. Killed my neck. I use a memory foam pillow and it’s great but thought I’d try this because the ad got me. Nope! Turn on your side and it covers your nose so you can’t breathe. On your back my neck was killing me and my throat was forced close
Now they’re giving me grief for returning it .. should have bought on Amazon!

I have tried all kinds my neck was almost broken .As my spine I was born with two extra spinal lower disc that causes me to loose alot of sleep discomfort with wrong pillows.
