I closed my business and had $330.83 in…

I closed my business and had $330.83 in my shipping account. In February I requested a refund through their site and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive a refund. 4-6 weeks for a refund is ridiculous when it takes a few seconds to give someone their money back, but I was patient anyways. The refund never came so I contacted customer support. After many emails, over 4 months and did everything they asked including filling out an ACH transfer form, it is now mud May and they never gave me my money back. It's pretty shocking that a company would so blatantly steal like this.

Terrible- They say anything to get you…

Terrible- They say anything to get you to sign the contract & then communication is terrible. Had to ask multiple times for training. Never even used the system once but they didnt care & decided to try and send us to collections. Ended up paying for something that we NEVER used even once.
Would never recommend this company to anyone

Descartes XPS Shipper may not Refund YOUR Money

They operate XPS Shipper. It allows the business to create pre-paid shipping labels with a tracking number on the label for customers to use. I submitted a request to have $29.37 return to me as I was retiring and closing my business 12/31/25. Their form say it would take 30-60 "for corporate approval to refund my money". Who does that? It has been 68 days. I have sent many emails. I have spoke to their customer service agents. The answer is the same. "waiting on accounting". Their ticket number:#SR-6396926. I may never get my money unless I go to small claims court in Wagoner County Oklahoma.

Delivery men not insured!!!

First they went to the wrong address and then they left the parcels downstairs - it was a dining table in 2 boxes. They told me that they were not insured to carry it up to my flat.

I am not too sure who to blame - the company who I bought the table from DAALS or Descartes of not insuring their drivers!!!

No uk support at all

No uk support at all, you will never get help from anyone if you got any issue with the system. We have been use them for years and once issue happened no one be able to help at all. They just shunt our services off. cause our company losing a lots of income , we can’t get any containers off the port, can’t processing with any customs clear cost us hundred of thousand plus a day. But they don’t seem to care.
