The slate sign arrived OK, but broke after a few months, presumably because the wood was of poor quality and warped. Nevertheless, the slate should have been strong enough; after all, it was bought to be outside. I was unable to contact the company via eBay and did not have any other means of contact.

The sign looks smart and clear. However, no fixing instructions were included. On querying the fitting, I had been told the sign would attach easily to masonry but was not told that I would need a power drill to do this. I had to pay someone to do this for me, and as it took some time to find someone, there was a delay between receiving the sign and getting it fitted - not to mention the additional cost involved.

I ordered an Acrylic sign thinking this was an Australian site with its Aussie flag but it turned out to be a UK company. The sign took ages to arrived about three months and was poor quality. They had spelt Avenue "Avenueue" The bonus bin sign was reversed and could not be used as the adhesive was on the wrong side. Emailed them - no reply. I lived in the UK nearby Rolvenden - an embarrassment for UK industry

The numbers are really just stickers or at least they look like stickers. We complained and were sent a copy and paste response which they clearly use all the time explaining how we didnt know what we were buying. Even if that is the case, they should be making it clear that the numbers are not engraved into the stone as that is not what etched means to people.

I would give this place a negative star review if it were possible! Ordered a house sign 1 year ago and it hasnt been delivered yet.... worst customer service they say they are sending a replaement and then thay never arrives. Any review more than 1 star here is fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! A BIG SCAM! U WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT.

Useless company don’t even deserve one star. No sign delivered. Ignoring my refund requests. Now having to go through my bank to arrange a chargeback

Dreadful. Ordered a sign 5 months ago - despite several promises of sign & refund - neither have ever been received.

Late delivery. When it arrived the quality was very poor machine marks on front face,corners damaged and cut ends not even sanded. Tried to contact them with numerous emails but no reply.

Long delivery, poor packaging, damaged product received, no response from company at all. Not worth the £45 I spent.

Awful sign. Not what I asked for. Was promised a replacement, but this never turned up. Haven’t answered any of the emails I have sent. Would not trust this company at all !

We placed an order for our sign which took longer than the longest stated delivery time to arrive (more than 2 weeks). When the sign arrived it had some small markings but also missing punctuation. I contacted customer service about it with 2 emails, several days apart, but still no response to the first or second email. I am incredibly unimpressed with the lack of response and the poor execution, and will not be ordering from this company ever again. I can see plenty of other people had a similar experience.

The sign has not been delivered although I was told it had been dispatched on 20-10-22. Not only that I have sent 2 emails and had no response.

Paid for a sign, no sign received. No communication no tracking number received. What a complete waste of time.

I ordered a black granite house sign/number and I asked for it to be highly polished with white writing. It unfortunately arrived broken into three pieces and the remaining large piece was cracked through the screw hole. I informed the company sending them photographs confirming this, and they agreed to replace it. However, I had an excessively long wait for a replacement, the company claiming a shortage of granite. Eventually the house sign/number replacement arrived in tact. I am extremely happy with the product quality and it looks fantastic. However, the company’s attitude to packaging leaves a lot to be desired. It was wrapped in small compartment bubble wrap, thin corrugated cardboard, then placed in a thin plastic envelope. I strongly believe it should have been in large compartment bubble wrap, thick cardboard and in a strong box. I would have given five stars for the product, but gave less for lack of customer service and bad packaging.

We are extremely pleased with the design and quality of our sign and the service we received.

Had to chase after a couple of weeks but they finally sent it out. Value for money doesn't seem great, not fantastic quality for the money but OK.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order - I ordered my sign and received an email stating it had been dispatched and after waiting over two weeks it still hasn't arrived - I have sent several emails to them with no response and also sent a reply via their online shop again with no response - my last email asked for an update or a refund - there is a phone number I found online but this is disconnected - very disappointed with the lack of communication - if I don't hear from them in the next few days I will be contacting their local trading standards office and reporting this company

Love the sign, very stylish !!!

I am very pleased with the slate door plate I ordered.The delivery was much longer than expected but worth the wait .
