The kitchen renovation service provided by Design Time has been perfect from start to finish. The showroom designer was great and listened carefully to our specific needs. We also opted to have Design Time fit the kitchen. The fitters had good attention to detail and were very polite and friendly. Overall a really good experience and the quality of the finished product is superb. Highly recommended.

The cabinet and worktop quality is superb.

We had worked with Design Time before installing our new kitchen, which proved a great success. We therfore asked them to refurbish an en-suite and downstairs cloakroom for us.
From the off the planning process was excellent. Ashlea visited numerous times and quickly submitted plans to us covering all areas of the install including all the design and product specs. Her help was invaluable and she clearly has a major talent for interior design.
Mark then fitted out both spaces including bespoke fitments. His standard of work was of the highest order and one of the best trades persons I have had the pleasure to work with.
We are so pleased with the result and at a highly competitive cost.
We would thoroughly recommend Design Time for any kitchen or bathroom renovations that you are considering.

Design Time helped me with a new bathroom design and also provided the fitting. The finish was top quality and the team were friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend - so much so that my friend is beginning a kitchen renovation with them too.

Very helpful and patient whilst I chose a new kitchen. There was a lot of choice and we talked through various options. Everything was delivered on time and as ordered.
The kitchen looks lovely now it s installed and I am very impressed with the service and quality.

After spending a lot of time and effort discussing the design, this company decided to make sweeping changes and thought they could hide that which meant it was a battle constantly to try and get the kitchen that had been agreed. The end result was more of a compromise which was very disappointing. Having commenced the build in late September, it was not finished by January 2017 for various reasons and delays (mainly where they had ordered the wrong part or tried to fit the wrong part or a damaged part). This was despite being told it would only take around 2 weeks. The whole process was unpleasantly stressful and when they were near completion they went off and ignored me and then refused to repair the parts that had been identified as damaged. This is the sort of company Watchdog warns you about. Avoid at all costs.
