I spent a substantial amount of money during sales, although I like the products I have to return a few items. The return process gives the option to return in a locker UPS use. The locker doesn’t worked, I tried a drop off location indicated by the UPS support which didn’t accept the return. It’s been a week I asked support as my items show as returned but I am stuck in the process and support is giving generic and inconsistent answers and not supporting me. This is the worse return experience I had in years.

At first I was very pleased with the manufacturing of the clothes, I'm a professional tailor and some of the finishes were very good compared too other mass produced brands. But then I got sooooooooo disappointed by the quality of the fabric! I bought these fairly expensive brocade pants and after less than 2 hours of wear the loose weave on the inside FELTED by rubbing onto my maybe not perfectly shaved thighs and the fabric is all puckered! It's been a month since I reported it to customer service and despite them promising to answer within 48h I still haven't heard anything yet. Will never buy online from them again

First time I’ve ordered. Never again. Bought a dress. Took forever to arrive. Sent straight back as no need for it anymore. Tracking says arrived 26th June. 5th July now and heard nothing. Had to email them to chase. For the amount it costs customer service isn’t up to scratch

We bought the boots on sale and were very happy. Shortly afterwards, Desigual offered us the boots again at a lower price, which confused and annoyed us. (Should we have returned the first pair to order them a second time at a lower price?)

Poor customer service... I like the products and I'm a long-time customer, but I won't be buying anything else... they lost an order of mine, and I'm waiting for a refund ,but they don't care!

My experience was positive because it went smoothly and within the time frame estimated. I am a fan of Desigual and like to take advantage of the sales that are very advantageous.

Never received the article but no one seems to care! No refund so far! Very disappointing!

Absolutely love Desigual designs, but there isn’t a customer service! I bought a bag from a shop that wasn’t in my area. When I opened it there was a large tear in the bottom. This was a month ago, and the only emails I get are ‘groovy’ automated ones that say someone’s on the case and I should have a fantastic day. I’m wasting my breath and need to just remember to avoid shopping there again as they may look great, but they’re shoddy.

I have never received the ordered jacket for what they took money a month ago.
No one seems to care about the fact that the package is getting lost!
Customer service is not existing, you can't call them and AI answers emails. Nobody cares about returning money or getting shipp the jacket.
Never had that experience with customer service in North America in my life.
I will never buy anything from this site anymore, and will contact competent authorities.

Definitely in line with the extreme negative reviews! Dont trust the positive ones as they must be fake! Clothes are beautiful is true but you will have incomplete deliveries, stolen money and not paid returns. They do not have a customer service and when they replied they even had the nerve to say im the problem because so many times I reported something wrong. Stay away @ they stolen so much money from us and with klarna over 300 euros withdrawn instantly from our account but orders were not even placed. We found out all shops closed in vienna and other cities. They are getting rid of their stuff on a very illegal basis . We have contacted the authorities

Fast delivery. Beautiful, original piece. I've beem buying clothes in Desigual for almost a year and will keep doing so, never had a problem. The clothes are fresh, unique and original. Just wish you could get Men's clothing more diversity.

I love the dress but it arrived probably too much ironed around the decolté and some white appeared on the black.

Easy to order. Received much faster than in the past.

I received an email with 60% discounts for a dress which I informed later on that is not right.
This is not right to motivate people with false discounts to encourage them to order ( so I think it is )
I think you guys send false discounts to me to motivate me to order… what a shame for Disigual.
When you send me a discount I am entitled to that and you are not allowed to say to me that is a wrong mail. That is the answer I received and I am not happy about it.

Two shirts that I bought tore after the first wash. It was made with such thin material and sewn so poorly that it simply ripped. Such a pity the print was gorgeous! Disappointing as I've been buying from Desigual for over 20 years and their quality has dramatically declined. Ive still got shirts from over 20 years ago and they are in good condition. Whats happening Desigual???

This pants are really "COOL".
