I decided to invest in a standing desk as well as an ergonomic chair, and I could not be happier!
I have been dealing with lower back issues as well as neck tension, and I have noticed relief in both areas since switching to a standing desk and the lumbar support in the chair is everything!
Was considering returning the cable trays, but after further consideration, I decided to keep them. The quality is just amazing, both the desk and the chair are sturdy and beautifully crafted. Neither look commercial grade at all, but they sure feel like it.
All items are worth every penny!

Not for people that are 163 cm!
The ergonomic chair that they sell as being made for all types of bodies is in fact too big for someone of 163 cm, which is not even that short by European standards. I couldn't comfortably place my feet on the ground even when the chair was at its lowest. In all of the places I have ever worked, I've never had this type of issue with an office chair...The return also took several weeks due to issues with the delivery company that didn't come to pick it up when they said they would. Their customer service is friendly though!

The desktop came without protective…
The desktop came without protective foil and was already scratched at arrival. Also, the drawings for the placement of the motor in the rail were confusing (HomePro desk), as were the drawings for the assembly of the chair (SitPro) with regards to the placement of the backrest on the metal plate below the seat. The assembly instructions drawings definitely need improvement.

Better than expected!
The desk arrived on time. Assembly was easy and it has changed my life. I don't get enough exercise during the day, and this desk gets me up and even walking if I want to. Typing is easier and my productivity has increased exponentially. Buy it!

Do Not Order from Desktronic - You'll only receive half of your order!
Absolutely terrible customer service and an equally terrible delivery experience.
It’s now been a week since I was expecting my desk, and I’ve only received the tabletop. The frame is still missing.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of ownership from the customer service team. There has been no meaningful apology, reassurance, or attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, I’ve been left relying on updates from their delivery partner, DHL.
After waiting over an hour on the phone to DHL, I was eventually told that the parcel appears to be missing and that I need to contact the seller. I then have to go back to the seller, who in turn has to contact DHL. It’s hard to believe that in 2026 a customer has to go through such a poor and disjointed process just to receive a desk they’ve already paid for.
To make matters worse, the support team doesn’t operate on weekends, so there’s no way to get any meaningful update or resolution during that time.
I currently have a tabletop sitting in my home with no frame, no confirmed delivery date, no assurance as to when this will be resolved, and barely an apology.
Genuinely shocking service from start to finish.

Great, but there is room to improve
The website is beautiful and it includes all the information I needed. The quality of their products is also great, I am really happy about how quick and quiet it is, not to mention how stable the table is at maximum height.
I need to replace one item because of a mistake I made and the customer service was really quick and helpful.
Here is where I would like to see some improvement:
First, a delivery at 07:00 am with a notification at 05:00 am is REALLY upsetting 😤.
Second, the pictures in the installation manual for the cable tray should be updated. Unlike the website advertisment, the are shown next to one another with no real gap. This can be a trap if you also bought a monitor arm because you may forget to leave space for its installation in between the cable trays.
