they had an error in the app which caused it to immediately crash when trying to launch it. Stayed that way for weeks and eventually they fixed it and sent out an email. Mistakes happen. But for weeks after that problem, coupons could be activated in the app but weren't redeemed when you used the card. Informed the company almost a month ago now - absolutely no reply. Very bad customer experience.
