Gone broke?

The company seems to have ceased trading owing me over £4,000 in deposit money. It seems impossible to contact them. I have got a CCJ and a Warrant of Control issued but could not be served as there is no one and no assets at their company registered address.

A company that has let me down...

I have invested a 5 digit sum on an air source heat pump system from DHS Renewables and whilst the equipment works satisfactorily, the company have left me deeply suspicious of renewable energy sector companies. I made numerous complaints to them and their customer service was appalling! I saw 'was' because they have now gone out of business and I wonder what will happen if my system fails? It took numerous complaints to get out their Chief Engineer and they spent some time ensuring the system works okay.
I notice that their web is still up and I would avoid them. I do wonder whether they operate ethically; I do wonder whether the money I expended on my system was calculated ethically? I am left with a very unhappy experience of them and I feel very, very aggrieved by what has happened.
I now will be very wary of other renewable energy companies, which is very unfortunate because I hope there are some good companies out there. I thought DHS was one of them, as they seemed to have all the right accreditations.

A very expensive mistake

Two air source Samsung heat pumps were installed TEN MONTHS after I paid the deposit. The installation itself seemed satisfactory but three months later the pumps have packed up in the cold weather and the company is not responding to phone calls or email. I am deeply disappointed and cannot recommend DHSRenewables, who appear to offer no emergency (or even planned) backup and there seem to be three county court judgements against them.
