I ordered a frame for a client project from Blick. When I received it, it looked like something you would pull off the shelf at target. I was authorized to return it, but shocked to find that I had to return it at my own expense and because of its size all three major carriers wanted more money than I had paid for the frame. Anywhere between 200 and $600. Blick offered no resolution and nowhere on their website when I ordered the frame did it say if you return it your responsible for the shipping. Do yourself a favor and go to pictureframes.com or any other online company because you don’t want to buy from Blick. I’ve ordered a lot of supplies from Blick over the years and never had a problem, but this is a big one. Oh, and their claim for a guaranteed satisfaction? It’s just noise there’s no teeth to it.

This review is about my last order and not easy access to return option.I purchase often from this company.
1. it is very unpleasant that if they sent you a defective item in order to return you have to waste time and effort to figure out how to return and ship it back! Big company like that have to have easy and convenient ways for returns!
2. The non glare sheets are a HUGE disappointment! I was hoping because it is thinner it will be better, but no, the image still looks blurry and foggy. A lot of defects on each sheet, some white dots and dents.

I got the Blick Pony and Alphabet beads the pony beads were way smaller than advertised the pictures made them look bigger when in reality they are tiny

Offer a solid in store and online experience- and across their operations, you can tell they are a company with a solid value base

I’m a potter and for years I’ve purchased all of my glazes from Blick. There is a pottery store close to me but Blick beats their prices and the shipping is fast.

I love everything about Blick. Ordering is simple. If I have a question I can call a person. If I make a mistake they fix it. If they make a mistake they fix it. Shipping is smooth. If there’s a back order they let you know. They don’t finish the painting if I get stuck, but they have the frames ready to go when I’m finished!

I ordered several pencils and I watched the shipment trail on line. After several days I noticed that the shipment had stalled and after 7 days, contacted Blick. They immediately sent out another order and apologized, which they did not have to do since it was not their fault. The US postal service was at fault! The pencils from the original order were delivered several days later and then 2 days later the second order was delivered. I called Blick and offered to pay for the double order and they said No, if you could use them, just keep them and if not just donate them. I can use them! No wonder I have been a customer of Blick for years, they treat the customers with respect!!

Items are easy to find and quality/price is easy to select as well. The number of items on the website is awesome with a great number of selections for any craft or art form. The dickblick.com site is my first stop for everything I need.

Blick has a huge selection, good prices, and usually ships items fairly quickly. I just wish they would offer free shipping to frequent customers - i don't like to wait until I reach the $79 free shipping level so sometimes place smaller orders with Amazon.

I needed help several times and each time that I asked a salesperson for assistance, I was greeted and helped right away. I always feel welcomed in this store and appreciate the quality customer service.

Was best price I could find on the white watercolor pencils

The website was easy to use. The products are good quality at a good price and arrived quickly.

I order one of item is two brushes made in Spain. One is fine and another one no cap and lose, so I got replaced brush but hair bent. They kept asking I have to fix it by myself (???)

Almost perfect but I needed help with one item and no one was walking past that i could ask. I did solve it myself.
