Sell your email address

They take your email address when you checkout and sell it to scammers and they sell your information. I got TONS AND TONS of spam emails the moment I gave this company my email address.

I think the customer service is great…

I think the customer service is great and the fact that they will fix issues. I do not think that they have the best quality glasses. Whoever is making them needs help. I ordered my first transitions and they were not transitioning (they had lines and areas where it was not working). I called and they responded and sent new one. I have the new ones and all of the film is peeling from around the edges within a 6 month period. I have a love hate relationship. I love the style but the quality is not best.

OG Customer - for life!

I have been a DIFF customer since they came out and you could only limited styles. I was obsessed with my blank and white Dime sunglasses. The glasses were well constructed with thicker materials but still light and comfy for wearing. I was impressed by the price point and the charitable nature of giving reading glasses to people in need. That was over 10 years ago, and I still have the DIME glasses and they're still as cute as ever. Since then I've probably ordered 30+ pairs of sunglasses and prescription eyeglasses through DIFF. The quality is always perfection and in the off chance there is an issue their customer service is outstanding and walks you through replacement or remedies very quickly. The sales are fantastic. So many styles and colors to choose from. I've gotten so many compliments on my unique eyeglasses - and they even stand behind their product, if your eyeglasses don't work for you, you can return within a 14 day window so there is very little risk in shopping with them directly online. Overall I've had a fantastic experience with the Diff products and customer service and I recommend it to anyone that will listen!!

The Best Sunglasses Ever...

I couldn't believe how adorable the sunglasses I purchased were and for such an amazing price!?! It was like hitting the jack pot, everything I wanted plus the selections are endless! I'm obsessed with my Tahoe Rose Gold Mirrored Sunglasses, the fit is exactly how I like and all honesty I almost didn't reach out to exchange my 1st pair bc I felt I'd have a bunch of excuses why I couldn't get them exchanged but Nope!! The exchange went as smooth as the ordering. Now I have the Sunglasses I truly want for an a steal plus fit is fab. Should I go on?? I mean come on... so adorable and makes me feel some sorta sexy! 💋

I have a dilemma with them my husband…

I have a dilemma with them my husband bought me two glasses for my birthday and one of them is crooked it and they don’t want to change them. They want me to fix it I try and they are still crooked it. I use to buy from them every summer I’m very disappointed 😔

This company sky rockets prices when it knows ur interested. !!!

This company has sales on, all for 3 weeks running, choka emails. My cart was buy 2 get 3 free. So I had 5 in there. $247 checkout said. Next day, WHEN I HAD SAVED THE 247, IT SAID$400!!!!!! And my heart was so set on these sunnies, I bought them. Way overpriced for non designer sunnies. And HUGE price skyrocket!!!! It over priced my each items, AND THE TOTAL. claimed free shipping, yet charged me $29 for shipping!!!!!! Very very unhappy with this company. P.s they refunded me $29au. For shipping, but the price change was dramatic ---& disgusting. Let's see how quality of the items goes..... 😞 😡😡😡

Update: they use UPS for delivery in Australia , Perth. Ups to a pic of it ay my door, then I'm CERTAIN they stole it back,,,,, $450 with of glasses. Diff had wiped its hands of the matter citing "once handed over to delivery, is not they're responsibility snugness" and can't even file a CLAIM with UPS, the online form won't allow me to press submit. Also, UPS are not resounding to phone calls, or emails. DISGUSTED. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED, N GUTTED N OUT OF POCKET $450!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. They shipped half of my first order but told me that they shipped it complete. Offered a store credit rather than giving me my money back, and after a month of going back and forth with them, I decided to take it. I just received my second order and SURPRISE! I was short shipped again. I provided all of the documentation, even the packing list that shows only one of the two sunglasses was included in the box, and they are still saying that the order shipped complete and there’s nothing they can do. What a horrible company to support.

I love the diff experience

I love the diff experience. I love that my mom and I have a pair of vision glasses. I love the frames so much , when I wear them, my family say positive words towards me wearing them. I have the BELLA II frames. And my mom has the Cecilia frames. Thank you Diff for making a Difference!

Sometime in the past 4 years they changed. Quality has gone downhill and prices have gone up. Lens fall out of the frame for no reason. They bend if you look at them wrong. And of course prices have gone uphill like crazy. Customer service is horrible and you have to fight them for a response. Also they take months to ship. Don’t buy

Fantastic company and customer service but needs improvement

I really love if I wear I think it’s amazing company I appreciate the customer service and the value. What bums me out is that they don’t make available different lenses for the frames they have. I was looking for a clear frame that I wanted to put gradient gray sunglass lenses in and it just wasn’t available in this day and age. It doesn’t seem that hard to be able to make sunglasses out of any frame so unfortunately, I’ll have to go somewhere else but if you’re looking for exactly what they Have The Price Is Right at the customer service is excellent

ordered sunglasses from DIFF Eyewear…

ordered sunglasses from DIFF Eyewear and never received them.

According to customer service, the shipping address in their system was:

This is not a complete or deliverable address. Despite this, the package somehow ended up at 1501 Cherry St., which is not my address.

I contacted DIFF expecting a basic response such as an apology and a resolution (refund or replacement). Instead, I was told they would not issue a refund or send replacement glasses.

There was no acknowledgment of the error, no effort to make the situation right, and no ownership of the fact that the order was shipped to an undeliverable or incorrect address. For a $75 purchase, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. Most companies would resolve an issue like this without hesitation.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from DIFF Eyewear.

If I could give a negative 100 I would

If I could give a negative 100 I would. This company is trash. Their costumer service was trash. They use robots for chat and fabricate information. They do not have a person to contact, as in a human, to speak to - not in phone or chat.
I ordered 3 pairs of glasses on Nov 28 and was never given tracking information till asking for it almost 2 weeks later. I understand the holidays are crazy for productivity but this was ridiculous. On Dec 16 I was notified that one of my glasses was out of stock and I had the choice of refund or exchange for another pair that was in stock. I was confused because if something was already in transit, why would my item be out of stock for exchange or refund. I was told that my quote out of stock item“ was already shipped but then in an other email to follow up with this question of what was going on. I was told that it never was shipped, but it was actually lost in transit. So this company has no idea what the heck they are doing or even talking about so I highly recommend not purchasing from this company, unless you find it in a store.
