Great service deserves a review

I spoke with Shree today about an issue I was having with a domain change. I was rather short with her as I was frustrated with the process. She responded in a professional manner and got the situation resolved quickly. She was very polite and has an excellent command of the English language.

Technical issue

I didn't realise my email allowance was full. The bot was getting confused so I called by phone, the operator transfered me to the correct area to fix the problem than it was all fixed within about 15 mins.
Very happy with the service and the outcome.

TIME WASTING

It is faster, easier and more certain to speak with a human. The robot delays the interaction and speech is a faster and more accurate way than texting for problem solving. I DO NOT LIKE THIS SYSTEM AND PREFER A PHONE SERVICE!

Digital Pacific offered additional paid support and Varsha K did a fantastic job of quickly identifying the source of the problem, and rectifying it quickly. Varsha also followed up with important investigation information and additional requests which helped us comfirm the cause and prevent future failures at our end.
