You pay for what you get......

The age old saying of 'You pay for what you get' is true.... the quality is acceptable but they are a closer fit to a matchbox car than actual car, not even close.....i plugged my reg into the on-line registration finder to select my car and they are way off.....i think Steve from fitting needs sacking immediately, if it wasn't so funny id be pi$$ed right off....

Overall disappointing with the mats

Overall disappointing with the mats. I purchased the so called ‘Prestige’ mats to which they are not. Thinking that I’d go for the mid-range and pay a bit extra, the quality is honestly very poor and more like a cheap mat from anywhere else. I wonder just what the quality of the cheaper mat they sell….maybe cardboard.

It’s a con!!! Cheap mats.

It’s a con. They sell cheap mats even though you pay for better. The terms and conditions are worked so you cannot return despite what they say. Won’t get back to your queries. You can either read the bogus reviews on their website or try genuine ones here. Lots of other options. Don’t get conned.

Great quality and communication.

This is the second set of car mats I have bought from this company.
They are a great price, the company keeps you informed of the progress of your order as it goes along, they are made to order.
Quality and look of the mats are fabulous!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! Their car registration search function does not work and they do not accept that errors occur because of this. They also consider everything but the most basic mats to be personalised so use this as another excuse not to give refunds. I found both Paul and Chris to be very rude and unhelpful in my dealing with them.

Rubbish - dont use

Rubbish - worst service.
Did not deliver on time. Contacted the company but no apology or lead time available. Ordered rubber got v thin carpet type material instead.
Said it will come with 'clips included for existing BMW fixings' but only got two sticky pads (not enough for one mat, let alone 4). Rubbish customer service. No telephone number. Never use again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Delivery took weeks and the quality of the mats received is absolutely awful.
The carpets are wafer thin and the fittings do not fit correctly! Would have given NO STAR RATING if it was possible to do so.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish .
Paid for rear floor Matt of ford custom , paid premium to have thicker carpet,
It’s just turned up , carpet is thinner than a fag paper, also looks like it’s been cut with a bread knife, and no trim fitted on edge
Waste of money. Avoid this cowboy company. Rubbish

Worst company ever to deal with AVOID

Worst company ever to deal with, ordered a product for the rear floor of my ford transit, waited 3 weeks for the product to arrive before they succumbed to the fact they could not fulfill the order, after repeatedly asking for updates.

Absolutely mind blowing how they are still in business, but judging by these reviews probably not for long.

Avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid this company

I ordered mats from these and really regretted it!!!
They didn’t fit and when I emailed them they said I had ordered the wrong mats which wasn’t true even sent a screenshot of my order but they just ignored me
I then requested that I return them as they didn’t fit this was also ignored
The quality was extremely poor and even if they had fitted I think they would have been worn out in a couple of weeks
Poor customer service
Poor quality of mats
Overall POOR!!!!

Dangerous

Company isn't interested in any discourse to resolve. No refunds, no partial refund, no replacement with the heel pad moved towards the pedals, just an email to say everyone else is happy with their mats.

Trust pilot score indicates otherwise.

Bank charge back initiated.

Horrendous service and not fit for purpose

Even 1 star is more than this company deserve. The mats supplied are not even the colour of trim I ordered, plus the quality is horrendous, the mats don't fit correctly and the boot liner I ordered was not wide enough buy 3 inches.

When myself and my wife complained about the product, which isn't fit for purpose, they have refused to refund the money or provide a replacement.

These mats are sub par quality and that's being generous, the service they supply customer service wise is 1 of the worst I have dealt with.

Please people stay clear and use a better company like carmats4u.

One star is too much!!

One star is too much!!! Having already complained that the mats do not fit, also they didn’t send sufficient anchor caps to hold the mats in place, to be told they were despatching a full set - still not arrived. Judging by other reviews, they don’t care!! Anyway since they have not responded, I am just going to ask my credit company to issue a section 75 and get a refund for the cost.( under misrepresentation of goods & services)If they want the mats back, they have my address.

Awful company

Awful company who supplied car mats that didnt fit my vehicle. They refused to accept the unused product for a return and refund. Avoid at all costs. I ended up claiming from my credit card provider in the end.

Feel let down by this company because…

Feel let down by this company because it asks you to enter your car registration so that you know that you are buying a fitted boot mat for your car. Brought the rubber one because we have a dog so wanted an all weather mat. Placed it directly into the boot where it’s roughly one and a half inches short all around. Contacted the company and spoke to Paul who asked for the registration to make sure I had ordered the correct size. Came back and said I had ordered the correct size and left the conversation?
I sent another email and stated that it was ordered to be fitted, but fits badly, so asked Paul what would he recommend? Paul has not returned my email, no comment or answer.
I know I have the right to send it back or ask for my money back but it’s like they do not care. That must be the case as you wouldn’t just leave a customer hanging? Not if you cared about your customers.
Oh well, you have been warned.
