Non urgent replacement of old boiler and help establishing cause for repeated low grade loss of pressure in central heating system. Prompt and very thorough investigation. Cause for problem found and fixed. Boiler replaced.

Very happy with the service we've received from Direct Heating over the years. This year they replaced our boiler at short notice during freezing weather, much appreciated.

After a fault with our boiler Direct Heating Installations came out very quickly and after inspection we decided to replace our 20 year old boiler. Everything was arranged quickly and the installation was completed in a day. The engineer Max was excellent. Very polite and friendly and took excellent care of our carpets and floors while doing the installation. He completed a full assessment and even discussed future maintenance and things to look out for on our other gas appliances. Everything was cleaned and the finishes inside and out were to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend this company.

When you wake up and the central heating isn't working on a chilly morning, a quick search for a local company, a fast response from Direct Heating Installations , Matt the engineer soon sorted the problem and had everything back up and working , great communications polite and courteous would recommend this company

With a boiler out of action at the start of this recent freezing weather and after being quoted 14 days to have any new boiler fitted by British Gas we contacted Direct Heating on Sunday expecting a similar timeline. To our amazement Direct Heating took our call on a Sunday and had a new boiler purchased and installed in our house by Tuesday ( 3 days from start to finish) I cannot fault their support and service and was a total contrast to the likes of British Gas. I would absolutely recommend direct Heating took anybody requiring any form of heating and boiler work.

Quick response when our central heating failed. Technician found faulty switch to blame and ordered replacement fitted a few days later. No fuss, no mess and good price for service. Technician even suggested a ‘workaround’ to keep us warm over the weekend. Thank you again Direct Heating. You have served us very well since you installed the system 8 years ago. I would recommend to anyone.

we recently had a new boiler ,pump,valves etc fitted to replace an ageing system.
Matt called and discussed the options and on the agreed date Jimmy and Max arrived to fit it all.
They were both very efficient and placed covers where they would be working and were very tidy
the installation went as agreed and was very neat.
the external brickwork was even matched to the existing brickwork and was very carefully done(thanks (Max).

Replacement boiler fitted in double-quick time.
I needed a replacement boiler to be sourced and fitted, as a matter of urgency. Direct Heating Installations offered me a Worcester Bosch for almost immediate delivery & Installation, and at a very competitive price!
I was a little concerned that the low price would be reflected in the quality of the work, but I needn’t have worried; Jimmy and Max did a wonderful job for me. They were conscientious and professional, but still managed to work very quickly. They were also good craic!
I can thoroughly recommend the entire team.

What an amazing experience I have had with this company. From start to finish their professionalism has been outstanding. There was no pushy sales technique and I was really listened to. Within TWO DAYS of my initial query my boiler was fitted and running like a dream. My boiler needed to be relocated and this was noted problem at all. A caring and reliable company
Direct Heating Installations fitted a new boiler for me at my daughter’s house 3 years ago. My daughter is a wheelchair user so routine maintenance isn’t easy for her. They have serviced her boiler every year, and really go the extra mile for her. They bleed all her radiators and make sure everything is working just so. They have come quickly to help if she ever has a problem. They are an excellent company.

We started using Direct Heating Installations about a year ago after been let down by previous Gas Engineer. The service then was fantastic from start to finish. I recently had need to contact them again as we were having issues with a different boiler. Again from our initial contact and prompt inspection of the old boiler to ultimately having a new boiler installed was hassle free. Excellent communication throughout and new boiler installed a few days later, all work completed in a very tidy manner and to a high standard, absolute professional service at a very competitive price. I would recommend without hesitation.

 

As ever, our annual gas safety check was carried out promptly and thoroughly. Resulting issues were clearly identified and quotes for remedial work were promptly delivered. We will continue to use DHI for our gas requirements. Thank you.

We recently had a new unvented system boiler installed by Direct Heating Installations LTD, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Matt, Tom, and Jimmy were absolute professionals—knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous in their work.

Their quote was very competitive, and they delivered exactly what was promised, completing the installation over two and a half days without any issues.
