The item was delayed due to miscalculated amounts your strore provided to the customs charges. The customer service was slow and kept on providing me with the wrong information. This is terrible customer service. Our company will no longer work with this retailer.

Unfortunately, there have been temporary customs delays at the airport, which have slowed down the shipment’s progress over the past couple of days.

I could not believe when I saw the package outside my door within just a few days. Orders from US online retailer often take much longer. Very happy with the product. Disaster. I was basically robbed.
I returned a pair of ASICS sneakers that were too small, in brand-new condition, never worn, with all original tags still attached. The only thing missing was the original box, which I lost while traveling. I shipped them back carefully packed in a clean DHL box.
They refused to refund my money and even refused to exchange the shoes for another size. So now they have the shoes and my money.
This is unacceptable and feels dishonest. A box should not matter more than the product itself. Terrible customer service — I will never buy from them again and strongly recommend others think twice.

1. Return timeframe
Your return request was submitted on the 16th day after delivery, while our policy — clearly available on our website — states that returns must be initiated within 14 days. Despite this, instead of rejecting the request as the policy allows, we chose to accommodate you by offering a size exchange, even though for orders from the USA our policy allows refunds only, not exchanges.
2. Condition of the returned product
The shoes were returned without the original box, which is an essential part of the product, and they were sent inside a simple envelope, a method that is explicitly not allowed by our return policy.
Throughout the many emails exchanged with our Customer Care team, this detail was never mentioned, and we were only able to verify it once the package was physically received.
Our Return Policy, available online and accepted at checkout, clearly states that:
- the return must be made within 14 days,
- items must include all accessories and the original packaging,
- footwear must be returned with its original box, which cannot be replaced by envelopes or other external packaging.
Reading and understanding our policies is essential to ensure that returns are processed correctly and without issues. Since the original box was missing — an essential requirement for quality control and for the item to be resold — we cannot proceed with either the exchange or the refund.
Our goal is to provide fair and transparent service, and we are sorry that, despite our efforts to accommodate you, your experience did not meet your expectations.
