Avoid if you need stamps
I tried to do an order but they were not responsive. I'm not sure they are legit or if they are working full time. But this is not serious business.

Don't waste your time.
Took the order and then didn't despatch. Ignored emails and then when they finally acknowledged us, the person who would be able to authorise the refund was never available. Had to go via credit card to get my money back.
I would recommend avoiding this company - there ARE reputable stamp sellers out there but this isn't one of them.

Just a scam
Ordered 100 first class stamps on 15 October 2013. On 11 November 2013 asked when I could expect them. They couldn't tell me and offered a refund. I said I'd rather have the stamps but they cancelled the order anyway. I asked why and they said: 'we are unable to meet your requirements at the present time'. I checked their website and they were still advertising first class stamps and accepting orders. I have never received any stamps or any refund.
I have raised a case with Action Fraud, Consumer Complaints, my bank and Surrey Police tell me they are investigating.
Amazon still seem to allow these people to trade on their site so they are my next port of call.
At some point the authorities will get their act together and prosecute but meantime please do not use this company.

Terrible people, worst customer service, never send anything. They just accept payments and hold on to it.
Had placed an order in September 2013, they immediately responded to my emails until they got their payment. Then on, they never replied to the emails.
They told they would ship in 15 days due to large number of orders. But even after 30 days there was nothing in the post.
I reminded them every 10-15 days and always i was informed that this will looked into, but never anything happened.
Total scam company and even after over 100 days from making payment. Nothing really has happened, have also complained with ActionFraud UK and MoneyClaim HMRC.
Will do everything possible to sue them, this is not to recover my money, but to avoid others from falling into the trap.
Terrible and ridiculous experience. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR PAY THEM ANYTHING.
