Really impressed with Ditto Music so far. The new interface is incredibly easy to use on both desktop and iPhone, and it genuinely feels like a step-by-step guide to releasing music professionally.

What I like most is that the pricing can be as affordable or as advanced as you want it to be. If you just want to release music casually, you can do that without loads of extra charges outside the yearly subscription. But if you want additional features like chart registration or fast-track releases, those options are there too and the prices are very reasonable.

I’ve just released my first Beatport album through Ditto, and they handled all the registration for me for a small additional fee — and I even managed to use a discount code.

Things like copyright registration, PRS support, content protection, YouTube verification, and digital fingerprinting are all included as well, which makes the whole process feel very professional and secure.

Would definitely recommend Ditto Music to independent artists looking for an easy and flexible way to release their music.

The absolute worst distributor out there. They gave me problems after problems, no release ever goes smoothly. It’s either they approve the track too late for me to pitch to spotify editors, or my song gets uploaded on two different tidal profiles, or they upload the songs with typos, or they don’t allow me to withdraw earnings because of “licensing checks”. And the list goes on and on.

Unprofessional, unreliable service. I moved from distrokid to them but I wish I never did. Stay away.

I love Ditto music. The website is clear and easy to use, the analytics are great and adding music on is just so simple. The help centre works really well, the staff are very attentive and lovely. If I could’ve given Ditto more than 5 stars I would - they deserve it!

I've been using their service since 2022 and am happy with it.

Really poor customer service, Slow and patronising responses and no resolution to issues! In fact a different reason give each time to attempt to place blame elsewhere other than admitting their errors. My past 4 releases have not been fulfilled complete and on time leaving my label and my artists embarrassed and unable to promote our music. I paid for a Beatport label set up through them in 2024 yet they have not been sending my releases to Beatport until I’ve complained that my release hasn’t gone live, sometimes waiting weeks for a response and even then my questions aren’t answered and no apologies given - just blame shifting.

It's easy to use and set up your tracks for release. Generally if you have amendments that can be done fairly quickly

Ditto has a very user-friendly interface and tools. Their support team is always there to help when I need it. I highly recommend Ditto to anyone who wants their music heard around the world. This is especially important for both beginners and experienced performers.

Solid distributor, but your system needs to be updated. I don't want to have to track a release to see if it was delivered to all stores, i am paying you for that, therefore, when my release is not delivered to a store, it should be you who notifies me that my song is not going to all the stores i picked and how i can fix the issue.

I have used Amuse before and they would stop my release entirely and send me an email to attend to my release immeditely. I would like to think Ditto is a bigger company and im sure that wouldnt take too much of your resources to implement that in your system.

It good but they take time to make you pitch the song and giving smartlink they to slow. They need to add at least a song on one Playlist for free as soon as you release the new song.
