Excellent product. Great find and really nice finished painting.
The only problem is that you need to be VERY patient with delivery. It takes a very long time.

Ordered at the beginning of a two week vacation. Now my vacation is over and according to tracking my order is still somewhere on the other side of the world. Was not informed of the delivery time when I ordered, only after the order had already been placed. Extremely unhappy, three week delivery time should be reserved for shitty sites like Temu.

I can’t understand the negative reviews, unless customer service has actually changed completely in recent years. I had a problem with some paint that had dried out, so I contacted customer service and received a reply very quickly. The paint was sent out again straight away and I even received a voucher. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that!

If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I accidentally gave the wrong street address for the delivery and noticed the mistake way too late. DYI-Reps Emma and Sofie were swift in there responses and very professional.
They send me immediately my entire order once more without charging me for extra shipping cost. On top I got a coupon over EUR 5,00 for me next order.
I am absolutely thrilled by the treatment I got and the product I received.

There are besutiful pictures to paint, the customer services is really helpful and when you get it you could start right away.

I cannot get along with the negative recensions below. The equipment is of high quality (e.g. numbers in the section are accurate), the price is fair compared with German companies like Schiffer. I would buy a set again.

What a great business model, scamming customers with very poor China products, respective very long shipping times, German address, non existent customer service, bought reviews…

This is a scam. Shipping time is enormous and customer service is non existant as they dont answer. The Phone numbers function is to look trustworthy but when you try to call, an automatic voice tells you to use the contact formular. I'm very disapointes as it would be an interesting product. Please boycot and raise awareness.

"Amazon ruins small companies" - no, amateur companies ruin themselves. The delivery took weeks and then my package came empty, only a roll of paper inside. They take ages to answer emails. Stay away!

My personal expierence was great! Around 2 weeks of shipment until I received the package. Pictures are rolled up and not folded as you will have it with our sellers. So far I can't say anything bad

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had buying online.
After incredible long waiting time I've been told that my parcel got re-directed as it couldn't have been delivered (which is wrong as during the pandemic we were all always home of course).
After many many email with the company's "customer service" and over 12 weeks since I placed the order I still haven't received my delivery.
On top of that, the website advertises "only today 75% off" which are basically constantly on.
Waste of money and time.
