We ordered a splashback for our cloakroom behind the sink. It arrived a while ago, and it is just great. Looks perfect. And great customer service, as it was more landscape they printed the image on the back and side panel. Came in the perfect size and was very well packaged. Brilliant company, highly recommended.

We received our 'Stone Veined' mirror splashback today, could not be more satisfied. This company have been great to deal with, they understand their business making it easy for the customer provide all the correct information for manufacture. The quality of the finished product is excellent.

Wow just wow, we ordered a custom sized artist backsplash and it’s fantastic. It arrived well packaged and we are so pleased with it. It’s a sizable investment but worth every penny. It makes me smile every time I enter the kitchen. Top company, so helpful just brilliant.

I ordered a painted glass Splash-back for behind a downstairs toilet sink, I send a sample of the colour required. When it arrived the paint match to the surrounding paintwork in the toilet area was a good match. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Really easy to order, quick replies and help given as needed. Super pleased with the splashback, I had a colour match to my wall colour and it matches beautifully. Would recommend and use again.

I had input the measurement wrong, Craig contacted me to advise of this, said to re input correct size, as it would be more expensive because it was larger I was given the option to cancel the order and be refunded. I'm so glad I continued with the order, the quality of the splashback is beautiful, the colours are beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a mirror splash back made which had a particular part of London as a map on it that was important to me. From start to finish the whole process was great and the result in my utility room was amazing and is a talking point.

From the moment I discovered DIY Splashbacks, I knew I wanted the antique style mirror as the centrepiece of my kitchen. I ordered a sample first, which arrived within just a few days, and the actual splashback arrived even earlier than the expected 3–4 week timeline.
As it turned out, the measurements I originally provided weren’t quite right, but thanks to excellent customer service from Craig, who patiently worked through three attempts to get the correct detail, my order was processed perfectly. His care and attention were genuinely appreciated, especially for a purchase that needs to be exactly right the first time!
When the parcel arrived, it was so well packaged that I had no doubts it would be in perfect condition. Installation was seamless, even for a DIY beginner like me. I followed an online video, and within minutes the splashback was in place.

Ordered a 10mm splashback and after several weeks waiting I was notified that the glass had arrived as a 6mm. Decided to go ahead with this and had also paid for foil backing. On arrival the splashback did not have a foil backing. Very disappointed in the QC from this company.

How Customer Service should be done!

It's always a bit of a gamble, buying things on line, not sure if it's exactly what you are looking for, not sure what the customer service might be if you have any issues..... All I can say, is the product looks great and the customer service even better! I had an issue with the size of my splashback which was totally down to me. After paying your money, most sellers would have said it was my problem, but not Craig and the team at DIY Splashbacks..they have been so amazing! They have helped me resolve things despite it being my error...and I now have a splashback that fits!

We had a very positive experience with ordering from this company. Wasn’t too sure how it would work at first as they are not based in London. They have such a wide variety of choice and some materials and patterns that we hadn’t come across in our searches we had to go for it.
There was a bit of back forth when it came to supplying the measurements, but we appreciated that the team were just making sure that they produced a perfect fit. As we had to order 2 pieces they even gave us options as to how the pattern could be produced and laid out for the best effect.
We were very happy with the professionalism, the support and the guidance we received and our splash backs and the look we achieved are worth every penny we spent.

From ordering, up to delivery, everything was all ok & kept up to date with eta etc.

Unfortunately Parcelforce let them & me down as the delivery driver decided to leave the splashback in an unsafe location, later to be stolen as no one was in.

Working with Craig, i thank him for his prompt responses & for organising a solution quickly. Recommend in future the delivery company they use to require a signature at delivery, especially with the value of the delivery being high.

I found it very easy to order our kitchen splashback.

I made a telephone call also, they were very helpful.

It took Less than a week for us to receive it.

It looks absolutely fabulous in our new kitchen.

We are really pleased.

And, as an additional bonus, they were were willing to accommodate my request for changing the position of the drill holes.
