I had an opened parcel left at my doorstep by DPD. Contacted the retailer, who has refused to accept any responsibility despite me providing pictures and evidence. Have a ring doorbel camera and proof no one else approached my door. So I have paid my money, received no product. And no help from the retailer. Will not order from this company again.
