D Link 6100 LH, cheap junk, dont buy, useless support to.

You guys have the worst service desk ever...
I have a nuclias and it's not working and I'm not able to reach anyone...

Dlink is a complete ripoff. After a few years the firmware updates are all unavailable rendering your cameras useless. Hundreds of dollars of hard earned money thrown out the window. You buy cameras to help catch thieves. It turns out Dlink are the thieves I caught. Shameless thieves!!!

d link products suck because they don't do film wear updates so in a few years your product will be worthless don't buy done buy they are going to rip you off

Lagging!! Interface is really bad! Looks and works like it is from the 80´s. Don´t buy this crap! DCS-2670L and other also.

Trusted and provides good technology with high-quality routers .

I have 2 routers from them, both with the same problem, I tell them the problem, they send me an automatic replay and obv my problem isn't fixed, I can't replay back even though in the case they say "awaiting customer response" but I can't replay back because the message field is blocked, they don't even recognize my serial number of the product, so outdated, never again, never.

Tried today to contact D-Link UK support by phone today, the first number I rung was dropped on 5 occassions before anybody picking up, the second number I rang picked up and asked how he could help and whilst I was explaining he dropped the call.
Needless to say I will not be purchasing a D-Link product again!

MyDlink security. i have had the system for more than 6 months and have raises several cases. They are willing to send replacement hardware but it is the software that is failing.
-The hub does sometimes not get online
-The sirene looks online but does not make a sound
-The window sensor and the movement sensor sometimes gets offline - but they work anyway (Which I can live with)

The system is not reliable and cannot in anyway be recommended.
