As an Assessor with 45 years applying for a job with DNV , I have been disgusted in the lack of professionalism demonstrated by this company. I was told that my qualifications that I have used for 4 different rdgistratrars do not meet DNV standards.
I have written books on the ISO standards, Run North Americas biggest training company, Audited all over the world , and their compliance team fails to recognise this.
No wonder there are so many negative reviews on this crew!

I don't even understand why NDIS haven't deregistered this company from their list. They don't even understand the work and very unprofessional.

I am writing to you regarding that the services that DNGVL provides is really bad.Been calling Elizabeth and Farshad to upload our certification report since June,2019.Spoke with same staff but they are not in any position to do anything.No one knows what they doing.

We had used DNV-GL since 2013 until our last audit. The reason that we used a different registrar this time was that the people at DNV-GL were rude and totally unwilling to work with us on a schedule change.
We had a much better experience with our new registrar. It was a very positive and learning experience, very unlike our previous audits with DNV-GL.

Facts: The lead auditor I've had two years in a row communicates poorly, both his communication to us and his understanding of our communication.
Opinion: Our lead auditor of the past two years does not have an acceptable understanding of compliance or the ISO 14001 standard. It is only an opinion becuase it is possible his horrible communication skills are masking his knowledge.
He's about 76 years old though. Gave us a non-conformance on a regulation that was clearly listed under Electrical Generators and Distributors, but refused to understand that when shown proof. Next year didn't even follow up on it, in fact didn't follow up on any of the previous year's NC's. This year wrote a NC and an OFI on the same exact issue, literally written verbatim. The written, submitted NC's/OFI's are not related at all to what his actual non-conformance is. When asked to explain the written NC it is not the same as what he wrote, even cites the wrong clause from the ISO standard. I'll accept we have non-conformance but I can not trust this auditor's information or criticism when he is demonstrating his lack of communication and knowledge so often.

Very poor experience. Clearly lacked knowledge of service - very generic findings/feedback of no use. Reported unhappiness to DNV GL KAM was dismissive and rude. Suggest go elsewhere for ISO.

Claim to be experts in risk management and third party accreditation. They're not. What they know about quality assurance in IT could be written on a postage stamp. Very generic. Unable to identify specialist issues. Unhelpful staff - particularly senior managers (bizarre as would have thought they want to generate and maintain customers). Avoid - there are better, competent alternatives.
