I will shortly buy their dog brush for the 4th time. It is so good I give one to any friend with a dog.
It is a well crafted solid plastic case with a spritzer to dampen hair and firm metal, plastic tipped brush to comb your pet and does not hurt fussy dogs. Certainly not my sooks. I am more than impressed with the Quality of this small tool. And it is delivered on time

Harness does not fit dog and cant be adjusted to fit. Has anyone got a return address please

This product does not suit my requirement as the handle /metal clasp is on the top of the harness and my dog is big and strong and the harness will cause me to be pulled by my dog instead of what the name described. Tried to cancel the order before being packed by Seller but insist that i cannot cancel as name tag is customised. I had agreed to pay for the name tag (refund the balance),but still do not want the product. Seller agreed to work something out. Guess what, I received the harness which i do not want. Now I have to spend time trying to reach someone to return the harness. Why am I being victimised? The harness will only work if the hook is in the front of the body and i had found another reputable Seller which has the exact harness I need that is Non Pull. Let me know where else can i go to get assistance please. Wrote to DOG HARNESS AUSTRALIA for 6 times but still ignored. Do i return the product to Online Shop, PO BOX 6014 Chullora NSW 1405 ro PO Box 5014 Chullora NSW1405? Could anyone reading this assist me? tx

What a rip off. Wish I read the comments here first. Expensive calming dog - can be used in tug of war. A joke my dog destroyed it in minutes it was so low quality. Given the cost I expected better quality and I was attracted to the replacement. So good initial contact but then demanded another $15.50A postage. I told them I wasn't wasting any more money on that and wanted a refund. Still waiting. And they want me to be a brand ambassador!

When they want your money, they'll reply, but when you kindly request a refund because the harness does not fit they ghost you and steal your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I do not recommend Dog Harness Australia as they do not return emails in regards to products that mysteriously go missing. I ordered 3 dog harnesses and they never arrived!!!

Watched a video on FB about animal hair mitten, claiming they’re in Australia thought I was supporting an Australian Company well it’s not, product was sent international post actually China, the product is nothing like the video we watched it’s a cheap inferior product that ripped on first usage, company requested photo proof for me to return for a refund, all lies for 4 weeks back & forth with requests & now wants to send me a replacement of another inferior crappy product. I refuse I want my money back & having company investigated further, they also do not have an Australian ABN number. DO NOT BUY from this company. Scammers shipping a cheap imitation you can buy off Temu for $7 or cheaper.

Absolutely the worst scam website I've been to for quite awhile, took a month for the product to arrive, size was not correct even though I took all the measurements off their size chart, will not refund will not allow me to return item, suppose to be all Australian they lied item came from china, not made in Australia, not delivered by Australia post BEAWARE of dogharnessaustralia.com biggest scammers ever!!!!! Sham website. I purchased some dog hair remover gloves from them for $35AUD. They did absolutely nothing. About 20% of the hair was removed, the rest just refused to move. Its a scam. I realised later, they can be bought on Amazon for $4 and they really don't do anything, anyway. They CERTAINLY do NOT do what is advertised in the video. I got duped, don't make the same mistake. Also the delivery guy just threw them over the fence, at least the delivery company left a review request email about that, though it was written mostly in Zhongwen (Chinese). These people are just getting really cheap products upsold at a premium price, don't make the mistake of buying here.

Retailer offers lifetime warranty on their No-Pull Dog Harness then demands freight cost, even when the product failed under 7 months of normal use they do not relent.
Their position is "However, the lifetime warranty does not automatically cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, long-term use, pulling pressure, chewing, accidental damage, misuse, or damage that cannot be confirmed as a manufacturing fault."
I have had to refer the situation to Consumer Protection.
Very poor Customer service behaviors.

First of all no express delivery s stated. wrong size was sent a xxs when I ordered a s. Asked several times for a copy of my order No that didn't happen it was cheap crap for $45 do not buy anything from this company.

Scam. No communication and no delivery

First Of all I thought I was buying from a Australian company not TEMU that clearly states item sent via there Sydney warehouse with express postage which neither happened harness was sent directly from China. Following up on my order to only get the run around saying it will be with you shortly two weeks after purchasing. And for the price I'm not really impressed with the quality of the harness well can't expect to much from TEMU. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

I placed an order on 8 February and over 2 weeks later I have not received my order or any communication from the business. They haven't replied to my queries so I suspect the business is a scam.

The website say a M size harness for a French Bulldog. Way too big. Arrange return and never to be heard of again. Stole my money. Do not shop with this company. They are not Australian at all. I now paid for something I never received.

I ordered 3 indestructible toys for my son’s dog costing a total of NZ$162.40
They unfortunately lasted about 5 minutes before being destroyed at one point the squeaker from one was unable to be located & we believe the dog must have ate it. I contacted the company twice & I questioned the advertising as it claimed the toys were indestructible and had a lifetime guarantee. I was offered a replacement which I declined as the quality of the toys was poor, the other reason was that the toys would be destroyed again. I requested a refund which was refused by the company because the toys were broken. I eventually gave up trying to reason with them. I would not recommend this company.
