Mark was great to work with. He helped us promptly and genuinely cared about the safety of our dog. He showed us how to train her and has assured us he will be there to help us if any problems occur with the fence. We're confident he will be there if we need him. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing an underground fence.

As far as service goes I give it a five-star. I elected to give it four stars due to the nature of the product. Unfortunately due to the functionality of the product my dog loses a lot of space in my small yard. I saved a little over $1,000 by using dogwatch vs invisible fence. If I could get edge to edge coverage in my entire yard these guys would definitely have a 5.

The installation was a breeze and the system works great! We're loving the ability to let the dogs play in the yard while we know that they are safe.

If you are like us; you do not want the hassle nor do you have the time to study every aspect of an in-ground system, call Marc at DogWatch of Cedar Rapids. They made it easy and truly painless. We had our dogs trained in one week. The install was smooth and they even had to work through part of our wind break. Most importantly, one of our dogs is deaf, they had a vibrating collar to accommodate her and took extra time to work through training tips.

Prompt and painless installation - Very pleased with the results.

We are very happy with the product , we considered installing a normal fence , but it just wasn’t feasable. Now with the hidden fence my dogs can run and play in the yard and I don’t have to worry about them. Marc answered all of my questions up front , and was very personable , and professional. Did a great job installing, fence works awesome for our golden retriever, she learned it within 3-4 days and hasn't had any issues, even when her collar isn't on she stays in the yard as other dogs walk past or geese approach in the back yard. This fence was $200-$800 less than the others I looked into (professionally installed) and I'm more than happy with the results.

Really wish I would have had more info on this, there is a lot of wasted yard the dog is afraid of, and lost area to roam.
